My Daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, she was very nervous to say the least. It was 2 weeks of worry & anxiety leading up to "The Day" The dental assistant was very calming, reassuring my daughter that they would make sure it was painless for her & it was. Dr Plantner was so gentle & quick. He spoke with me & I knew she was in good hands. Thank you Dr & staff for making the dreaded extraction day a smooth & painless experience.

3 months ago set an appointment for a simple teeth cleaning and x-rays. Went to appointment have no cavities no sore mouth no gum problems in my opinion have not had teeth cleaned in 20 plus years and they wanted to set me up on a program all I wanted was teeth cleaned. I am 73 years old. I am very upset and will never ever recommend this place. I walked out

I couldn't be happier with my dentist and his staff. They went above and beyond expectations. And they work hard to make sure the patient has a quality experience. Kristy is a ray of sunshine and Dr Platner has the best kind and knowledgeable chair side manner. Highly recommend Smiles in Joplin!
