Dr. Sandhu has worked hard to create exactly this kind of dental office for the residents of Pittsburgh and surrounding communities.
The focus of Dr. Sandhu and his staff at Smiles Forever Family Dentistry is the health and beauty of your smile. To achieve a stellar level of service, Dr. Sandhu advances his training every year with seminars and classes on a variety of dental topics. His attention to education puts him ahead of the curve when it comes to providing the best dental treatments.
Creating good dental health is not just about filling teeth. Its also about helping youth understand how to take care of their teeth and providing service for the underserved. Dr. Sandhu visits local preschools and schools to teach students about good at-home care. He also goes on charitable missions to areas with few or no dentists to provide dental care. He recently traveled to the Dominican Republic to perform dental implants and surgeries.
Dr. Sandhus wife Kiran, who is also our office manager, helps make each patient visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Sandhu and his wife Kiran have three children: Amber, seven years old, JoJo, who is two and a newborn Tara who was born in November 2020. Theyre all big Steelers fans!
Debbie has more than 25 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, a dental assistant and front office staff. She lives in Monroeville with her husband Joe, who is a retired Monroeville Police Officer. She has a son, daughter, two stepdaughters, and just added a grandchild. Debbie's goal is to make all her patients feel comfortable and give them the best possible dental care.
Shaylyn began as a dental assistant after graduating from the Western School of Health and Business Careers. She then obtained a degree in dental hygiene from Westmoreland County Community College. As a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner, she can independently deliver hygiene services in schools or healthcare facilities. Shaylyn and her husband Sam share their home with their beagle Peanut, and enjoy cheering on the Steelers.
Kiran helps our team provide every patient with a positive experience. She has a background of finance and accounting which helps with insurance billing and claims processing while smoothing out daily operations. Kiran continuously advances her knowledge with classes on insurance billing and practice management. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. She is Dr. Sandhus wife and lives in Monroeville with the doctor and their three children, Amber, JoJo and Tara. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports and traveling.

Doc was amazing! He saw me on an emergency basis when he didn't even have an appointment available, and told me I had an abscess tooth. That same day, he had me numbed for the pain and on antibiotics.I was scheduled to be back in a week (once the antibiotics had worked). I opted for an removal rather than a root canal, and they made sure I was COMPLETELY numb for the procedure. Afterwords, I had some very intense bleeding that wouldn't stop over 24 hours later, and they saw me right away yet again to make sure that everything was okay. They were able to stop the bleeding, and called me multiple times to make sure everything was still okay. They even were okay with me coming in after 7 days to make sure my healing was going well! I highly recommend this dentist, he is by far the best dentist I have ever had (and I HATE going to the dentist). He made me comfortable even when I was in a ton of pain. I will be back for all future work!!

I came in for a cleaning and it was great. They took full precautions with the pandemic going on and I felt safe the entire time. Highly recommended.

I had a broken tooth that needed removed. My current dentist could only see me on July 1st. Over a week away. Dr. Sandhu got me in after hours on the same day that I called. The extraction became difficult and the Dr. was very helpful keeping me calm while talking all the way through the procedure that lasted about an hour. He even called me at home and had me come back to look at the minor bleeding I was having. I was not worried about it, but he wanted to look at it. It was fine. And I am impressed.

I am so thankful for Dr. Sandhu And his staff. I had a front tooth break off on Sunday night and he was able to get me in and fix it Tuesday! It looks amazing can't even tell which one it is. The office is very clean and he does amazing work I am so thankful to have him for a dentist.

Dr Sandhu is one incredible dentist, he got rid of TMJ pain after 32 years of suffering ,with the Botox treatments he offers he took all my pain away and now i can live life like a normal human being again,his staff is fantastic also and very accomdating, i highly recommend Dr Sandhu and his staff.

I reached out to a couple of offices in the vicinity and fortunately Dr. Sandhu was able to accommodate me the same day! Turned out I needed a root canal and he got it done inmediately in a gentle manner. It's been pain free since and I'm glad I was under his care

Scheduled a cleaning for my daughter who is 4. Shaylyn did an amazing job. She was able to get my daughter to sit in the exam chair, open her mouth and get the full cleaning done. Honestly amazed at the talent of this dental hygienist. If you have kids who are apprehensive about getting their teeth cleaned, this is the place to bring them!
