I just want to say thank you to the staff here. My mother has a cavity and went here. She got a x-ray there and she said they were friendly and helped as much as they could.

If you use Smiles Forever dental service make sure you bring your lawyer with you. I went there for a checkup and a cleaning and ended up with (2) two unnecessary root canals, compromised health and a bill for almost $2000.00. I was told that the crowns I needed after two root canals were covered by my insurance, then I received a phone call, while on my way to have the crowns put in, that I would have to pay out of pocket for those crowns. This was after I made it clear at least (4) four separate times that I wanted no procedures done that were not covered by my insurance carrier. Also beware, they sent me to a "specialist" to do one of my root canals because they stated it was beyond their ability to perform. The "specialist" was of course out of network and charged a ridiculous fee, which I would bet was split with Smiles Forever. So, after showing up with a healthy set of teeth, I was left (2) two uncapped root canals, my health at risk and my money gone. I would stay as far away from this place as I can. If you don't you might never smile again.

Paid $120 for a 10minute cleaning, unacceptable! New staff and the quality of this office is not what it once was. Previous cleanings done by a young guy (forgot his name) would last 45 minutes and and not rushed. Look elsewhere as this office is no longer great.

I can't believe how good the staff and dr is .. I have always ran away from dental due to how ruff dentals are and how rude staff members are but I have been so lucky to fine this place .. staff work super will together and their so joyful ... the dr explains everything so detailed and makes you feel so comfortable.. she had such a great Sense of humor I highly recommend this place to everyone.. Rock on !!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE !!!!!!!

So this dentist and myself had a fall out even on here on the reviews about service and what not now my feeling fell out from the root canal she sent me to get done and the times I did go there she never finished it so I just called the office even though she magically doesn't take my insurance no more when the lady was looking up my name she said oh everything changed all of a sudden there was no appointment available and she told me to just go get a list and look elsewhere if she wouldn't even put me on the appointment for July because I bet you this dentist already put something in my file saying never to take me ever again when she's the one who had me pay $1400 to go get the root canal done and she never finished my root canal but she was supposed and don't tell me that I missed my appointments because the three times I did come there you told me I couldn't finish my root canal because I need to get my top tooth looked at and when that was done you still didn't finish my root canal because you were complaining about my insurance now my temporary filling fell out I was willing to pay for out out of pocket because you have the info of the tooth but you have a red flag on my Profile not to take me again so. Real professional. No problem.

Extremely friendly staff, the hygienist and dentist both showed me and explained everything shown in my X-rays, gave me a thorough clean, and answered all my questions happily. Overall the best dentist experience I've had!

By far this is the best dentist office I've been to from the front desk workers to the Dentist herself are all amazing , the energy is fun in there even going for something serious they make you feel so comfortable and at ease , Waleed did a wonderful wonderful job cleaning my teeth and I must say I've never had such gentle cleaning his process was different and better than other cleanings I've had done where they were too rough and everything hurt . This place is full of good vibes and I will spread the word and continue to go here thank you Smiles Forever Dental

I don't usually write reviews but with experience I had I have to share with others so they don't go thru what I went.This was the worst experience I had with this dentist. I went to this office for about year with my wife we have schedule appointment to do filling after long waiting to get an appointment the office sent letter we no longer provide service to your family you have to find an other service provider, that was shocking for me , how a health provider can leave patient in the middle without completing therapy puting our health in dangerous , now I have to go for emergency after pain I i have in my tooth this is unacceptable . Inresponsible ,negligent , careless, not professional , long waiting for appointment, front desk worker very rude . I'll not recommend to go here .

Best experience I ever had at a Dentist Office. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was such a nice young man and Dr D is my new best friend. She was so sweet she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable best dentist ever!

Dr D is the best dentist I have ever had. All of the staff is friendly and they are a pleasure to work with. She is honest and always goes over your options for all procedures. She's my dentist for ever!! Highly recommend

Dr D , she is so warm and kind. Visits are great and it's always so clean! She always makes you feel so comfortable and like she has known you for so long. Everyone in this office is amazing! I love this office and everyone that works there! If you haven't booked your appointment here you need to!

Very unprofessional. 6 weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for my mom which was suppose to be to day. I get a phone call yesterday that they can not find my mom's infos on the data and they had to cancel the appointment since they do not have the infos. Not only they did not do the minimum work by calling the insurance company and confirming their claim but they call me and ask me to do their job. They just waited for last minute to do that, very very unprofessional. Today, I got the infos and called them again, and it turnes out that "your mom never scheduled an appointment and next appointment available is a month and half from now". Yeah it takes a quarter year to have a dental appointment. Shame on you for being unprofessional and not caring about if you make the appointment with them or not. I felt unwelcome. Never had such experience with an appointment in my life, very disappointed.

I love the dentist she is very nice but the girl at the front desk is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in a doctors office. I had a cleaning scheduled for months I have a cavity I called 3 weeks prior to my cleaning they said they can't fill it until the day of my cleaning I said ok no problem. When she calls me to confirm she tells me she can't fill the cavity after I just waited weeks then proceeds to tell me she has other patients to tend to and hangs up on me. This was not the first time she has been nasty and rude to me. Very nasty and unprofessional. If this girl continues to treat patients like trash I will be finding a new dentist office. Also wouldn't tell me her name but it's the girl with the very annoying voice.

Least painful/most enjoyable dentist appointment of my life! Dr. D and her assistant Dana made the appointment funny and comfortable. I never write reviews for anything that's how good my first visit with them was.

Hands down best dentist office! Staff is always happy, friendly and Dr D is top notch! I always receive warm and respectful treatment from the Doctor. The office is and always has been super clean. Waleed was incredible. He gave me such a great cleaning & my experience here was amazing & very comfortable !!
