This is the worst place ever!!! The only reason it's getting a star is because I have to so it's posts. Waited over 2-1/2 hours for a cleaning without being seen by a dentist. My appt was at 10. All the people who came in after me were being taken care while I waited. So by 12;00 I left. Don't go there if you have something else to do that day

My mom had recently went there for a cavity fixing and she came back with bruising around her mouth. She described the dentist as a african man. This is unacceptable, I thought she got hit because the brusing is so severe.

Ami is the manger and she is HORRIBLE!! She couldn't schedule me for the proper appointment and had a disgusting attitude , the place is very dirty and not sanitary . The doctor was nice and tried his Best but the assistant jarred had no idea what he was doing ... don't recommend ... kids kare is better by far !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. The manager is rude and apparently it's out of her way to fax a release form to my doctor that the dentist requires so I can get dental work done. She told me that is not her job. Definitely rethink forever smiles.

Very friendly staff. The dr is a little hard to communicate with but his assistant Jared is great at translating! Also Ami & Mariah are the sweetest gals on earth. Heaven sent.

Their over scheduling and 1.5-2 hour wait times leave a lot of room for improvement. I've been multiple times and have never been seen within 90 minutes of my scheduled time.

They say they accept most insurances. Well I showed up because my tooth was in horrible pain. I couldn't eat or even focus on anything. I came in and mind you I have cigna and medicaid. They did my x rays and didn't even talk about what was wrong, instead tried to tell me I should get a dental implant, that if I was going to get a root canal to just get a dental implant instead. Then they said they don't "think" my insurance will cover the root canal? I asked for any pain reliever for my tooth, and he said to take tylenol or ibuprofen. I had to ask for a antibiotic..... Basically if you need a root canal this ain't the place.

I had a cleaning, an extraction, and two separate filling appointments at the Alamogordo location. I never waited in the lobby more than 10 minutes, everyone was super kind and efficient, and they accepted my Medicaid. Clean building, nice people, quick service. I really could not have asked for a better experience each time. 10/10 would recommend.

Two months ago I went to get a filling. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. So it took me two months to go back. But this time Dr. O was super awesome he let me know what he was doing before he did it. His assistant was also helpful. My appointment was at 9am and I got out at 9:20. Quick and thorough and very friendly.

I had made an appointment at this place for a cleaning and Dental pain due to I'm pretty sure a cavity. The doctor was too aggressive and my mouth hurt a lot after! And she told me I didn't have no cavities that I have to use Sensodyne and I did and it still made my teeth hurt a lot. it's been months now and my teeth hurt even more especially when I eat even one little bit of sugar or drink it, it hurts my teeth! The assistant was very friendly! But will not be coming back here! I just went to an a different dentist and was told I have a few really bad cavities!!! And that's how I know my concerns were not taken seriously especially when I mentioned it to them several times that those teeth hurt!!

I saw Dr. Olague today for fillings and he was very nice. He explained to me what he was doing . He was pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to everyone. Awesome experience!
