I love the new dentists here, we no longer have to wait 45 minutes to be seen. The dentist is proactive about my child's growing teeth And makes a straight forward plan that we can both agree on.

If i could give those place 0 stars I would. This place is absolute horrible. Please do yourself a favor and never take your kids here. I had brought 2 kids in and my first child was done in less than 5 minutes. My oldest said she felt uncomfortable and the nurse/help staff was being extremely rude to her during the exam x-ray. Of course there's going to be good in their mouth after a long day they have to eat. You don't assume food in a child's mouth is cavity. The nurse/help staff girl had her hair braided ponytail, she was the most disrespectful nurse we've ever seen. After seeing how my youngest child teeth got cleaned in less than 3 minutes I immediately wanted to leave. They didn't even brush his teeth nothing. All they did was apply chloride or some kind of vitamin onto his teeth. The front desk lady was nice and she happily gave us a refund and apologize, other than the the rest of the staff was very rude and inconsiderate.

I would never recommend this dentist. Went for a cleaning for my daughters, they were in and out in less than 10 minutes which I thought was weird and too quick for X-rays and cleaning for two kids. They said they were really rough with the cleaning. (daughters are 13 and 15) We had to come back for two fillings for my 15 year old. We went to that appt and when she got done they said everything was good and we left. When we got home we noticed there was pink in her mouth. After googling I realized they put temporary fillings in her teeth. I had NO clue and they never even said a word. My daughter is 15 and was back there for over an hour for temporary PASTE? I still got no explanation when I called to ask why. But was told they only last a couple week and I would have to go back to get them filled?! So unprofessional. The whole vibe is weird, I should have listen to my instinct when we walked in the door. Never again.

I had a good experience dealing with the owner of the establishment. When she was there, everyone was extremely kind. My daughter is undergoing a procedure. The African American doctor (never introduced herself) saw her a week ago. At the time I also had my youngest daughter with me. Both my youngest daughter and I were able to sit in the room to support my oldest daughter. Today, I was told that I could not sit in the room with my child because I had my youngest child with me. The same doctor who had started the procedure would now allow me to sit in the room because my youngest daughter was with me. During the first procedure, both of my children were very calm and did not bother the doctor. Today, everyone's attitudes were different. I left the office upset. I requested that the African American doctor not complete the procedure. My daughter got a tooth pulled last week, there is a space which could cause other teeth to shift. I was told that they would call me to reschedule. I am not happy with the way things are going. Naturally a mother wants to sit with their child while a procedure is being done, and there was no care in the world about how I felt. I will not leave my child in a room and watch from afar from a window in which I can barely see what's going on. I am not happy, I am actively looking for another establishment to finish the work. Not to mention there was another mother sitting on the chair with her child while work was being done, that mother also had an additional child with her. Also when I arrived the front desk informed me that additional work would need to be done. The paper was laid in front of me expecting to understand the coding. When asking the lady at the front desk to break down what was added, she barely could explain. The communication is poor.

I visited Kids for Smiles on 10th June 2022 for a preventive dental check up for my twin kids. This was their first dentist engagement within US. It was made extremely smooth by the Smiles for Kids medico & non-medico staff. We had booked a phone appointment for my kids & were required to provide the reason & our insurance details (Delta Dental). We received a few forms on email to fill for COVID precautions & gathering the previous medical information. The forms were straight forward & easy to provide the requisite details. On the day of appointment, we visited Smiles for Kids facility 15 min in advance & waited for 20 min before we were called in as per our scheduled appointment. Parking was not a concern. The facility has ample space to park car. I was surprisingly pleased to see a beautiful and an apt facility for my kids. My kids went through their standard dental check ups (including x rays, cleaning & fluoride treatment) without any issues. kids were happy to learn about newer equipments & kept on asking questions. Staff was very happy, cooperative & also helped to answer all queries with a smile. Dr. Jyoti was very cooperative & happy. She didn't rush through the evaluations for my kids & helped both me / my spouse understand good practices for kids. Through our communication, both me / my spouse felt confident, happy about dental medical experience, Dr. Jyoti had with kids. At the end, administrative staff helped us to block our next appointment & set us up for regular annual check ups for my kids. We would like to strongly recommend this practice. Thank you Dr. Jyoti & Smiles for kids staff. We appreciate your cooperation, support.

Small and intimate. Everyone was so patient with my child who ran out of the building. They have done more than anyone. They won her over and we were able to get a quick check up, X-ray and fluoride. Great place

Two stars bc at one point in time this office was tolerable however, there has been an extreme decline in communication, service, and customer service. We are currently looking for another office. My most recent issues: (1)My kids last cleaning was not very thorough. Being that they come every six months, they know what to expect and noticed that they didn't do everything the way it is normally. My three kids were in and out in less than 20mins (2) One of my kids was scheduled for a deep cleaning. We were on time for our appointment, waited over 30mins without any updates. Finally, I decided to reschedule. The morning of the new appointment, they called to let me know his cleaning would be $100. How come this was not mentioned when his appointment was initially scheduled, when we came to the first appointment, or when the second appointment was rescheduled snd confirmed? So I canceled that appointment. (3) here for my other son that has to have a tooth pulled. We've been waiting 45mins at this point and all I'm told is that they're running behind. Five minutes ago the front desk person was supposed to let me know if our wait would end within the next 15mins and she hasn't so I guess not. Then when they called him back, they didn't even know why we were there. It's literally posted in the front office that you shouldn't wait longer than 5mins. Not only do they not follow this, but they don't communicate when they can't keep up. I'm not sure what's going on but they really need to get it together. If I'm running 20mins late, they'll cancel my appointment and/or charge me. If this continues to happen, they'll drop you as a patient. What's the consequence when they are the ones always understaffed, overbooked, and running behind?

This office is wonderful! They're so patient and calm with the kids and they explain everything very thoroughly to the parents. You even get a coat breakdown for things like extractions and fillings before making the appointment, so you always know what you're getting in to. The orthodontist there is the same. She's only in the office on Thursdays but she's incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and absolutely keeps her patients best interests at the top of her priority list. Occasionally the wait time is long, but it's worth it when you realize the reason is they want to make sure their patients and the parents have gotten all questions answered and understand what's happening with their care.

I brought my 2 yo in for a routine cleaning. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to my child who has autism. They were patient and didn't seem annoyed at all. If something wasn't working for him, we worked as a team to complete his cleaning. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Great experience and above all my son had good experience. Really appreciate the planning steps where itemized Dental procedures with Out-of-pocket Cost is shared with parent for approval. Doctor and supporting staff are very nice to kids and experienced to make the dental procedure less painful for the kid. Thank you!!

Deserves 0 stars because of the customer service. Have been going here for years and they are so busy and unorganized. I came in one day and they were literally about to put braces on my daughter. We were there for a check up appt. no organization, short staffed. The employees have rude customer service. Clearly overworked which is why they act frustrated. Been calling to get simple paperwork for my daughter that I had to pay $350. No one had even followed up with me. I've had to continue calling and following up. I can't get any info that I have requested. Each time I call they say they will send it. They don't. They say someone will call me back. They don't. I've now called and been on hold twice just for them to say someone will call me back. Total of one hour spent on the phone and I still don't have the very simple paperwork I've asked for sent.

I have been taking my daughter for years and there is honestly no where else i would want to share such a monumental experience with. The staff and everyone here have made such an impact on us with how caring, kind, and loving they are to us. We have shared so many laughs and a few tears over the years but they really know how to take care of us and treat us like family. The way the staff is so patient with my daughter, pays attention to so much detail and even remembers little things with her is just amazing. Any time my child has felt anxious about anything they've given her time to calm down and have even explained every single thing step by step for her so she can understand what is going on. Finding a pediatric density isn't hard, but finding a great one that I trust for my daughter means the world to me. As a busy mom I really appreciate all the text message reminders of appointments and the phone calls to confirm appointments. I hope anyone who reads this review chooses to entrust the great people at Smiles for their children!

Dr.Mittal is the most dedicated doctor I've ever met! She pays attention to the little details and explains everything while showing you the actual x-ray. Her hands are very light during any procedure, which helps the child feel no pain. Dr.Mittal is hands down the most respectful and talented doctor; your kids will love her!
