A Colombian native, Dr. Diana Zorro, graduated dental school in her home country in 1998. After moving to North Carolina, she then received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from theUniversity of NCin 2007. Her passion for providing superior patient care in a safe, bio-compatible environment and her strong belief that oral health is directly linked to the bodys overall health, motivated her to start Smiles for Health. Dr. Zorro is also a licensed Nutritionist and is a firm believer in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. She created a practice that hones in on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. She is extensively trained in both esthetic dentistry and the use of biomaterials with a concentration in advanced prosthodontics, including full mouth rehabilitations with computer-guided surgical placement of implants. When Dr. Zorro is not in the office, she enjoys art and producing music in her small home studio. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons and is an avid hiker and traveler.

This was my first visit to this dental office for a check up and cleaning as I was a few months overdue. I have to say it was one of the best initial dental visits I've experienced. The dental office was modern, clean, and advanced. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience very easy and as comfortable as possible. Dr. Zorro was very kind, gracious, and informative. I'll be going back to get an old silver filling replaced soon. Not to say I look forward to more dental work, but I look forward to having another exemplary experience at this clinic.

Omg! Such a breath of fresh air! I have found my new dental home. 1st, you will walk into a sanctuary. Plants, crystals and essential oils give you a sense of grounding as soon as you walk in. This is a very soothing, modern and ultra clean environment. You will be greeted with kindness and given a tour to familiarize you with this sweet space. Dr Zorro radiates her passion for her work. She really gives you her full attention. Ivette, my hygienist, had some big shoes to fill from my past hygienist of almost 30 years! She explained everything she was doing, made great recommendations and left my teeth feeling as smooth and looking as shinny as I was hoping for. Bonus.. she is very kind and fun. We had great conversation. I look forward to my next visit and appreciate that they offer an in-house dental plan for us that are uninsured. I hope to have my whole family follow me. excellent staff! the best dental exam i can remember ever having. every step of my visit was explained in detail so that i understood what we were doing and why we were doing it before anything was done. i left today knowing exactly what i need, exactly what was required of me before my next visit, and am looking forward to seeing this crew again. thank you jason

I have "white coat syndrome" so I was very anxious about going to the dentist, but when I went to Dr. Zorro's office she not only had a gentle touch, but she also had a gentle heart. She helped ease my nerves, & relax through my visit. She was a real pro. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely incredible staff and dentist. I wasn't looking for a. We dentist but my daughter went to her and highly recommended her. The office is friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable and the vibe is relaxing. Great music, beautiful plants and art work all make for a relaxing environment. I have already recommended Smiles for Health to many friends.

Update: Just completed another check up. Years later I still love this place! Original: Wonderful dentist, assistants and amazing hygienist! I just completed my first visit and am thoroughly pleased. Super high tech! Very attentive and accommodating. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I love that it is run by a single private dentist and not a dental group. Hygienist was incredibly gentle and thorough. I can't wait to go back! Although I hope I don't have to ;)

Have made this my local dentist. Happy to find a place across the street that is honest , avoids high pressure sales tactics and lets me be flexible with my treatments. I pay out of pocket so go here in conjuncture with my dentist south of the border and they could not be more accommodating. Insured or not I highly recommend Dr. Zorro.

This was my 9.27 visit. Everyone was incredible from Rebecca and Nancy who helped with my insurance at the front desk to Dr Zorro and Taylor the hygienist. Taylor and Dr Zorro are kind, caring and professional always keeping the patients concerns first. The office is beautiful with plants and air purifiers in the rooms for patient safety. Dr Zorro was kind, polite, thorough, helpful and understanding and most of all thoughtful of my concerns and feelings.She and her staff are a joy to work with.This is an amazing dental office. Truly a Five Star experience!!! I have been bringing my whole family to see Dr Zorro.Thanks again to all. This is truly a great dental experience. A 10 Star experience!!!!! Thanks Jim M

Great Experience so far. I was looking for a new dentist in the north county area. And I wanted to give Smiles For Health a try. Their staff is great. The deep cleaning was very thorough. They consulted me about my teeth health and found cavities to which they took care of. Dr. Zorro has great bedside manner. Much better than another dentist I had down in Pacific Beach. I can tell that patient comfort is one of their top priorities. I feel comfortable and safe at Smiles For Health
