Went for a "free" cleaning but just got poked prodded, no cleaning, and was later charged $200 for a consultation not covered by my insurance and asked to schedule a $600 "deep cleaning" ( i brush and floss daily) They have bad hygiene and deceptive business practices. Flirting isn't good dentistry

If I can give 0 stars, I would. BEWARE - if you are needing a professional, detail oriented, or organized provider do NOT choose this office. It has taken them over a month to gather a treatment plan for my family and I, with constant requests - turns out no one communicated and a month later NO treatment plan. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Most painful visit yet. Dental hygienist was scraping my gums, making me and my daughter both bleed. Besides that, the dentists were very friendly and kind

They are extremely nice, friendly... but I went to pick up my new Invisalign trays and the tech never even looked in my mouth. She kept her back to me the whole time and never checked to see if all was well. Also, I went 22 days with the same trays because of a scheduling error and was told that it was "okay ". I am a grinder and I chewed holes in them!

I live in Houston and I was with my granddaughter visiting some of her friends for her Birthday in Arlington, TX. it was a Friday afternoon and I went to bite into my subway sandwich and my top temporary teeth broke the 4 middle front teeth fell out of my mouth. I was shocked n upset. I called my wife see texted my Dentist here in Houston., I thought I would have to wait until Monday to see my Dentist, but he call a colleague that lives in Arlington I seen her on Sunday morning, had a new temporary made n put them in for me . She was by far the most professional Dentist in Arlington. So needless to say I drove home with a smile on my face. Thanks to Arlington smile family Dental and my Dentist here in Houston for making it happen.

They act super nice good technique to trick you and set you up in the most expensive work for your teeth without explaining options when the know you have dental insurance. You go for a clean up and the set you up for invisalign and not adress what you came for in the 1st place.

For the last 2 years, this office has gone downhill with personnel that do not know how to do their jobs and are not honest with customer needs. From saying that my chipped tooth just needs a filling-which ends up being a root canal and crown- a difference of 1200 dollars since personnel couldn't see my root sticking out on the original x-ray to promises of paying for invisilign retainer because of their mess up- only to receive news that they never ordered it blaming the customer that they never stated they wanted it ordered. They are not problem solvers offering solutions but leaves it to the customer to offer solutions to their problems and mishaps. Val-the dental technician essentially lied stating that the office would order me Invisilign but never did. Mary-the office manager laughed back and had no consideration of my concerns as she stated when I advised the company has gone downhill, "We are 5 people short staffed and we are exhausted!" When I advised that she was rude, she advised that I, the patient, was rude as well. Well, considering the lack of service I have received and still waiting for them to order my retainers-which was promised over 3 weeks ago- the patient has ever right to feel betrayed due to them lying about when they ordered them. I wish I could say I have received great dental service and customer service from this office, however, despite their phone recording of how great and caring this office is with their patients, they are not.

Went in for a free Invisalign consultation and they told me they wouldn't charge my insurance which they did and then they told me I needed a filling which ended up causing me permanent nerve damage and now they want me to pay $2000 for a root canal to fix their mistake. To top it off they were trying to charge me for a filling I never even got done. Don't recommend them at all.

Excellent service and staff. I made my appointment on Friday and was in the chair Saturday morning. They diagnosed my problem and set about getting me taken care of. It was quick and easy and I didn't experience any pain during during my treatment.

Every time you go there, is like buying a car, you go for a cleaning that your insurance is supposed to cover and they always have to come up with some crazy reason why you need 10 more different things done, one of the girls at the front that go over what are you supposed to have done was extremely rude when I questioned her about why I was getting charged deductible when it was supposed be cover by my insurance.... No complaints about the people who worked on my teeth they were very professional.. but the people that try to sale you all kinds of root canals and extractions... how many of you have been told you need a root canal?.... Pathetic.
