Dr. Scott Kiser was born and raised in Orem, UT. He graduated in 1984 from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry and College of Physicians and Surgeons. During his 35 years as a dentist Dr. Kiser returned to the classroom as a student and educator and has become an authority in cosmetics and implant dentistry. He has served on the faculty of two dental schools and lectured throughout the country on clinical procedure and practice management.
Dr. Kiser and his wife Michelle enjoy the outdoors, gardening, volunteer work and spending time with their amazing children. Three dogs, a feisty kitty, koi fish, chickens, and a duck named Daisy add to the crazy home life that they enjoy so much.
Kathi is such an amazing and indispensable asset to our office. With over 13 years with us, she is very close with our patients. She definitely treats them all like family and we think the feeling is mutual. Originally from Arkansas, she first taught math to Junior High and High School students. She then obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene from Salt Lake Community College in 2000. We are so grateful she changed paths and became part of our team.
Wednesdays couldnt get any better with Doug! Doug has been with us every Wednesday for over 9 years. He attended Colorado Northwestern Community College where he graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist with an Associates of Science. He then attended Weber State University for his Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Dougs personality will have you rolling with laughter, as there is never a dull moment when hes around!
Brittany attended Bryman School and graduated in 1993. Upon graduation she began working for Dr. Scott Kiser that same year. She enjoys the dental industry and all the modern advances it now offers to allow people to have the self confidence in their smile, to maintain their teeth and implement a personal healthy oral practice. Her bubbly, fun personality is very comforting to patients and adds to the positive atmosphere at the Smiles office.
Alaina graduated from Premier Dental Assisting School in 2013. She has worked in the dental field since and loves interacting with patients to improve their dental health. She recently started with Dr. Kiser and is looking forward to meeting all his great patients and making them confident in their smile. Alaina is married and expecting her first child inMay 2017. However she does currently has one baby that she loves with all her heart, her pitbull Stormy. In her free time she enjoys being out doors and going camping, fishing, four wheeling, hiking and golfing.
Where to start with Vicki?! Vicki has been part of our practice for over 20 years. She is easily the patients favorite. She keeps us all laughing every day and we couldnt appreciate her more. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Troy, and her son Skyler. They love camping and riding their four wheelers. Go Buckeyes!
Lisa has been a great part of our practice for over 11 years. Sheis the one to go to for any insurance or financial questions. Shelltake care of the hassle of billing your insurance company so you donthave to. She will utilize the benefits you have to reduce your out ofpocket expense as much as possible. Originally from Utah, she loveseverything this great state has to offer, from the national parksto the ski slopes. Together with her husband Richard, they enjoy theoutdoors, going camping, hiking and traveling. She also loves spendingtime with her family.

I really love this dental practice and so does my whole family. Dr. Kiser is knowledgeable and patient and you cannot beat the quality of his team. I especially appreciate that I can expect the same team to be there for each appointment.

I've been going to Smiles for 20 years or more. They only want the best for you and are all SO friendly! Every single one of them. From the minute you walk in until you leave, it's a friendly place to be. Dr.Kiser really listens to you, is knowledgeable and helps you with your wants and needs. My hygienist Kathi is so personable and goes out of her way, both professionally and personally to help you out. I love them all!

I have been going to this dentist office for nearly 19 years. They are amazing. Always make me feel so welcome. Doug is the best hygentist around. He is patient, careful and kind. I am so grateful for Dr. Kiser and his wonderful team of professionals! They saved the day for me. I had a tooth crack over the weekend and have a 10 day road trip coming up the next weekend so I was stressed about getting help in such a short time frame. Dr. Kiser was able to add me into his busy schedule and get me fixed up for my trip. I am overwhelmed by their kindness and looking forward to my next dental appointment!!
