I went to this place some time ago, and found the staff and treatment there excellent. I had a bad teeth, and after a few unsuccessful checkups elsewhere, they handled the problem so well that I was amazed. I can't help but write this to show my gratitude. Keep up the good work!

Smiles Dental Studio is professional and clean. It has a quiet and calming atmosphere with Covid protocols in place. Dr. Khan is great and gentle also. She is patient and answered all of my questions. I was impressed when the dental assistant actually wiped down the X-ray equipment when she was finished taking my x-rays. Even the restroom was clean. I needed to fill out paperwork and I didn't have my glasses with me. They provided me with extra reading glasses they had . If anyone asks me do I know a good dentist, Dr. Khan is always at the top of my list!

Having recently moved, I needed a new dentist. On my AAdvantage Medicare website, I found Dr Kahn who is only minutes away. I enjoyed my visit, being graciously welcomed and treated with kind respect. The office had a very nice atmosphere, and I observed good hygiene practices at every turn. My questions were readily answered and my requests were honored. X-rays were taken, Dr Kahn did an exam and did the actual cleaning, her assistant did the polishing. Unlike other dentists, I did not feel they tried to add on anything I didn't need just because insurance would pay for it. I look forward to going back in six months.

This office turned away my Mom and is refusing future service because she has Alzheimer's and is "too difficult" to work on, after she's been a patient here for years. The person working the front desk said all this in front of my Mom and seriously hurt her feelings. I found another dentist in Natomas who's happy to bring her on as a patient and I'm sure won't criticize her for her disability and make her feel bad over it.

I visited Dr. Khan at Smiles Dental Studio this morning to correct a loose crown on an implant that she installed 3 years ago. According to Dr. Khan, the screw that holds down the crown came loose and needed to be tightened. However, the screw was only part of the problem. The crown itself was never properly installed, as the base of the crown never met the gum-line, and the crown itself was never properly seated to the abutment/post. The crown should fit tightly over the post, then screwed down, but the crown was never fitted to the post. When I had this work done 3 years ago, the doctor had to send the crown back to the lab once or twice because it did not fit right. By the third time I went in to have it installed I think we were all exasperated and she just installed what she had. The crown never met the gum-line and when I flossed the string easily slipped under the tooth to the metal post. I figured as long as I flossed often and used my Waterpik, I could keep the food from accumulating under there. I wanted to give Dr. Khan the opportunity to correct her error and shoddy work, but when I started questioning why the crown was never properly seated to the abutment in the first place she started to look nervous. I'm guessing she was hoping the screw would never loosen so as to make it appear that all fitted properly, but I have since learned that the screw loosened because the crown was never properly installed. I think she felt I might go after her legally, so she stated she was not comfortable performing any more work on my mouth. So I left and am now having to pay another dentist to correct her poor work. Last note: I am not new to crowns. I have had 16 crowns installed by several dentists over a 50 year span, including two implants. This is the only one I had done by this dentist. And this is the only time I've had an issue with a crown. She and her staff are nice people, and her office is neat and clean. However, as a professional in the dental field, her work and her ethics to correct mistakes leave much to be desired and I would never recommend her.

Best place to get your teeth cleaned and worked on!! Fastest teeth cleaner on this side of the Mississippi!! All jokes aside I've been going here for 5 years and they have always done honest work. The people are friendly and they look out for your best interests. No need to go anywhere else.
