For going to the dentist, this was a really good experience!! Staff was nice and friendly. The dentist was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend checking out Smiles Dental!!

We have used this Smiles location for years and have been very happy with the staff and service. The only concern is that over the past two years -- it seems like we have a different dentist on every visit. I am not sure what is going on?? 22 Aug 2022 -- it seems that we now have a consistent dentist who is a great professional. Thank you Smiles!

Had some X-rays and cleaning and the hygienist was the best I've ever encountered. The front office girls were also very helpful. Great experience.

I always feel like the people at Smiles are interested in my well-being and comfort. I need a lot of dental work and I am also afraid of being in the dentist's chair so it really helps when I am treated with kindness and understanding. The dental work I have had has been top-notch!

Such pleasant and kind staff! They were all wonderful! Treated me with such personable and friendly care. I went there for teeth whitening...just wish they were my regular dentist office! My teeth look so beautiful and whiter than ever!

Starting with a new dental provider is always such a scary time. Having had a very bad dental experience at a young age, and enduring 20 years of military dental care has made me a true "dental weenie". But my first experience at Smiles Dentistry in Ridgefield was a very pleasant one! Deep cleaning conjures visions of needles and grinders followed by 24 hours of soreness. BUT, Angela was very gentle, used a topical numbing agent, and I came out of the chair VERY relieved to have a very comfortable experience! Thank you Angela!!

One of the friendliest staff and office management I have come across! The dentist took the time to meet me out front and explain what my son needed and what was going on. The young women at the front are so friendly, accommodating and I was super happy to find a local dentist office that felt so welcoming!

Don't waste your time. Not even sure the advertising practices are legal. No mention in the email of the credit plan requirement. Once you go in for the $58 invisaligns - they tell you it's $4800 and you need a down payment of $2900. No one in the office actually knows what's happening other than to say - you just charge this on the care credit plan. Horrible experience. Below a 1 star.

Was able to get in within a week as a new patient. All the staff and Doc were very considerate and helpful. They are now going to be our family's go-to dentist.

They replaced my filling at no charge after it fell out, Even though it was after the two year warranty period. Amazing. The dentist spent extra time making sure the new filling was right.
