It was a great experience great staff, very friendly, kind and helpful. The dentist was awesome. He really listened, with compassion and empathy. He also gave me a lot of great info to help me before all treatment can be performed. I saw Aspen Dental in Albany last week. The staff was great, but the dentist lacked both compassion and empathy. He made negative comments against me because of my disability. He would not give me certain treatment due to my disability, even though there was no medical reason not to. I would not recommend them. Smiles was great, with no discrimination. I'm so grateful I found them.

The girls in the office are fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure their paitent is comfortable. The ladies that do the billing always smiling and egar to help with any questions you have. If you want a great Dental office i highly recomend this one. I warn you they will become family!

I have been to several dentists for recommendations for my treatment. Smiles dental was honest, friendly and I felt totally at ease. I would recommend them to anyone. My daughter had recommended them to me. I have also brought mt granddaughters in several times. Always so kind with them. Their establishment is half the price for the same procedures I was going to have elsewhere. Thank you all so much. You have great team.

This was by far the smoothest dentist appt I have ever been to. The staff and the doctor made me feel at ease in a time where I was freaking out about my teeth. Best experience ever and definitely sticking to them for any and all services. I can not thank them enough for their kindness and understating. I went there as a new patient and didn't know how it would turn out cause I have had some bad experiences with dentists. Everyone was considerate, pleasant and made my comfortable. They treated me like I am important to them and that my problem really mattered to them. I will be recommending them to other people in fact I already have. I want to say Thank You to them all.
