Cleaning appointment only. Hygienist was excellent. Very good assessment of how to improve some brushing techniques to reduce calculus buildups. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Nice experience.

I am new to Smiles Dental. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nordeen is incredible, as she waltzes through her day, she makes her job look easy. I appreciate her great sense of humor. Her chair side assistants are positive, upbeat and fun. It has been an all around great experience for me.

I had a horrible abscess that was causing me so much pain, i hadn't slept for two days. When i called Smiles, they told me to just come in and they would work around other patients to see me as soon as possible, and i got treated same day. I literally cannot give a better recommendation for an emergency dental clinic, they will absolutely take care of you.

Dedicated, friendly, safe, informed, and attentive staff! Worked on my dental issues for two hours straight, and really made sure I was not in pain during the whole procedure!

As a new resident of the Olympia area, I was so happy to find Smiles Dental Lacey. The office is very clean and fully accessible for someone in a wheelchair as I am. The staff, hygienists, and dentistry team are outstanding in their care. The staff that handles finances also are great in explaining how you can pay for their services. As long as I'm in the area Smiles will be my dental home.

My wife went to this clinic for her teeth whitening and cleaning . When she went in the doctor examined her and my wife did mention she came here for whitening and cleaning . Doctor did x rays without letting her know that she will be charged for them later. And after all examination she was advised for deep cleaning and few other procedures and she was asked to go to front desk and was charged 300 dollars for as a plan to further deep cleaning in coming appointments . She was told at front desk that amount was part of plan which she will avail in future. In this sitting it was only examination and no cleaning no procedure done on her teeth and still she was charged 300 dollars. When I questioned what are they charging the front desk person replied that's for the plan which is for future discounts if we go ahead for dental cleaning with this clinic.And we said we don't want to go ahead with dental cleaning or any plan then she said you have to pay separately for consultation and X-rays which we were not informed before . This is highly unethical practice and very disappointing service . I went there because reviews were good but I was shocked by the cost they are charging for doing nothing . I feel like I was cheated . I paid 300 dollars for no service.( no cleaning , no whitening) .
