I started clear correct and treatment was supposed to be 9 months. Several mistakes from staff and two years later I'm still in treatment. I planned to move and they said no problem you have the unlimited plan so you can have another dr finish up your treatment since its good for 5years. So,I moved and no dentist would take me on without payment, which makes sense. Why should they do the work that another doctor already cashed out $5k from the patient while new dr gets nothing? Before I moved and after, I was assured no problem at all and I just call up someone who does clear correct and they sign a form to release me as a patient. Now I'm paying a NEW dentist in another state. $1k to do another set of revisions. Spare yourself and go to a dentist that doesn't try to scam their patients.

Ain't returning here, told me my blood pressure was too high and that they didn't want to work on my tooth more so lazy practice overall and using cheap blood pressure machines to begin with.

Most of the positive reviews are based on the original practice/dentist. I would not go here. We created a plan to correct my smile with a combination of straitening, caps, and veneers. I spent well over $15k and do not even have matching teeth. 1) Dispite my constant request and careful monitoring the caps and veneers are many different shades. Only one is the white color I requested. 2) The work was done poorly. I had to come back repeatedly to have work redone, some of which I was billed for. 3) The agreed work was passed between 5 different dentists. I constantly had to re-explain what was being done and where we were in the process. 4) They billed both me and my insurance for the same work. It took months of fighting and phone calls to have the money repaid (of course without interest). In contrast, when they billed me for work, they included a finance charge on the initial bill. I went through nearly two years of teeth breaking and falling out, spent a lot of money, and am left with a dingy miss-matched smile. (caps and veneers can't be whitened)

I went in to get 2 cavities filled and had multiple terrible experiences. The dental hygienists were wonderfully sweet and helped explain things and make me feel comfortable, however, the dentist seemed very rushed, finished both fillings in a concerningly short amount of time and told me that it was normal to feel pain days after getting fillings (which I've never experienced before after the procedure) and that I may need to come back in if that happens. Well like he said, they hurt when I ate to the point that I couldn't chew anything on the left side of my mouth for 2 weeks. When I went in to get a 'bite adjustment' (or in other words, fixing what was wrong) he was extremely rushed and when he was finished and asked if that was any better and I said no it still hurt he said it was normal and that I just needed to let it heal and then he left the room without letting me respond. It's been another 2 weeks and I still can't chew on the left side of my mouth without sharp pain. My teeth hurt less before I even got the fillings. I wish I'd never gone to this dentist, and I will not be going back, I'll find a dentist that actually takes the time to make sure they are doing everything correctly and safely.

As with many, I have had both good and bad experiences with dental offices. So, I reviewed many before selecting Smiles Dental. To say they did a great job is a huge understatement. From start to finish the service has been outstanding. From new patient indoctrination to procedures and billing. The entire team has exceeded my expectations. The front staff was very gracious and made the whole process very simple. I was able to use the web site to fill out documents at home before my visit and have the information applied to my account. The initial visit was great, I was able to get my exam, cleaning and dental work plan created and mapped to my insurance. As it has been a while since my last dental visit. I was apprehensive and nervous concerning the state of my teeth. The staff put me at ease and very professionally proceeded with the work to be done. Together, we created the plan and mapped it to my situation. They listened and there was no hard sell. I felt no pressure or made to feel guilty. The office staff is very accommodating and very helpful. They made sure I completely understood every detail, laid out the plan, verified my insurance coverage and informed me of all costs. Since it has been a while since my last visit, I needed crowns and a replacement partial denture. The hygienist was great and the evaluation was very thorough. They shared what needed to be done and encouraged me to input my desires. They listened. As for the dentist, he was the best I have had in a long time. From deadening to the actual procedures, there was no pain or discomfort. I was very nervous and he reassured me, putting me at ease.. He was patient and listened. He made sure I understood every aspect of the work to be done. The final work is great. I have smile back. I can truly recommend this office. I am very impressed. I hope this helps.

Dental hygienist Kayla was very professional, gentle and personable. Four stars to that young woman. Clinic feels pleasant, well lit and lots of open space. That's a good thing to feel when you go to a dental clinic during a major global pandemic. Hey anyone would say lots of space is pretty good right about now. Dr. Parry was so nice he actually sold me on getting a tooth pulled the next time I come in. Now that's what I call a smooth salesman. All and all I felt comfortable, cared for and glad to get out of there before Dr. Parry talked me into getting a new set of teeth. To be honest I'd have to say that I probably could use a new set of teeth. It was real nice of Dr. Parry not to mention that.

Front office is unprofessional with no follow through. Makayla is a wonderful hygienist. The tech I had to do a dental scan had no regard for HIPAA or hygiene. I was scared for my health and safety due to their incompetence. The 'dentist of the week' was lacking. It is a shame that Smiles Dental is running what used to be a wonderful practice into the ground.

I really love Mikaela as my hygienist. She's thorough, informative and absolutely a delight to chat with. She has helped me do better periodontic care. The office staff are warm and friendly and always helpful. Very happy so far with my care here.

This is a friendly, competent office. Have had only good experiences. Like the dentist and the hygienists lots.however, I get a different dentist and tech each time like a teaching clinic. I find the lack of continuity. Of care a big negative

Went in for regular cleaning. The experience was as pleasant as a dental visit could be; the office was comfortable enough and Makayla, the dental hygenist, did a wonderful job.

I like them because they will always tell you how much everything is going to cost upfront, also will answer questions about your insurance and make it really easy. The dentists provide good feedback but won't lecture or scold you either.

I'm retired and don't have dental insurance anymore. I've been going to Smiles for dental cleanings and very satisfied with those, using their dental savings program. Kayla is a terrific dental hygienist. The office is friendly and professional. Recently I had an old crown fall off my front tooth because of decay underneath. I got an appointment the next day and Dr. Ahmed and his assistant did an excellent job putting in the temporary with 25% discount since I have their dental savings plan. I used Care Credit to cover the cost of the new crown and bridge with 6 months interest free. The doctor and staff are attentive and answered all my questions thoroughly. I recommend Smiles Dental.
