Typically I just naturally get nervous while at a dentist office. But upon entering Dr. Lyn's office I was immediately at peace! the entire ambiance was nice and refreshing. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and didn't wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Lyn. She was patient and explained everything to me in detail, without feeling like she was rushing to get to her next patient. I went in for xrays and a routine cleaning, and everyone was so kind from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist. I am so thankful I found her as my dentist and so excited to tell all of my friends and family about what a wonderful dentist office I found!

This place is the worse my 5-year-old had an appointment there 2 days ago @ 4pm they change it to 4:10pm we got their at 3:55 PM she needed to use the bathroom I went to ask for her to used the bathroom the Dr. Said no because his the only one in the office so I have to wait my turn. I had to leave and go to a gas station to make her use the bathroom, while I was in the gas station with her he text me saying her room is ready now at 4:03 pm. When we got inside the Dr. Was never alone he had a whole assistant with him. His assistant come out talking to my 5years old telling her what they going to do to her without acknowledged me or ask me if it was ok; when I ask to go to the room with her because she's a kid she said no because you not the patient.

We travel 5 hours to see Dr Lynn because she is the best dentist we have ever known. She takes such pride and satisfaction in her profession, as do all her staff and technicians. It sounds odd to say that we look forward to our dental appointments, but that is the truth. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Jackson came highly recommended and boy did he delivered! From the virtual waiting room to the pleasant greeting where in July 2022 he is still being cautious by doing temp checks, pulse oximeter check and ensuring hands are properly washed to how meticulous and STRICT he is with aseptic technique and how patient and kind he is. He's earned a lifetime service from a family of 5!!

We have been with Dr Lyn for over 20 years. She and her staff are amazing! Always the best of care from Dr Lyn for my family! Dr Lyn and her hygienist Stephanie have such a gentle touch.

Dr. Lyn and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Lyn has a natural teaching tendency and always let's you know what she is doing beforehand. Debra at the front desk is welcoming and always explains benefits/costs. Mindy is patient and kind as are all the rest of the staff! Would recommend this office in a heartbeat!

DR. Jackson is an extremely good dentist who treats you with respect. He is very thorough, taking time to explain the procedures and expected outcomes before he begins. His office is clean and professionally sanitized for the safety of his patients. I highly recommend him.

For a long time in South FL, it felt like the dentists I was seeing were a little crooked and always pressuring you to spend extra money. My experience with Dr. Jackson regained my hope in honest practitioners. I appreciate how he informs patients, his understanding of their individual circumstances, and the way he suggests treatment plans accordingly without making you feel bad. I've since left SF but felt inclined to write this review since he was my favorite dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area, even people in Miami in particular who are tired of being pressured and upsold. He's worth the drive.

I had an emergency situation. I was seen by two other dentists who could or would not assist me due to their recommendations that I felt was not necessary. So I drove 1hr and 30 minutes to go and see Dr Jackson. I was in excruciating pain that I needed to have two abstractions. I have zero tolerance for pain. I was very nervous. Dr. Jackson is so attentive compassionate and gentle that he explain what will happen. He assured me that I will not feel any pain. He will test the area to be abstract for pain before he begins his work. It was over so quick that I didn't realize he pulled the tooth. I recommend this office and staff to anyone who's looking for professional and excellent chair side manners. Hands down #1!!

This is what I got from the dentist office when I was calling their office. I called several times and was unable to reach anyone. He was very rude and unprofessional. I received this msg and 5 more like it from this office telling me that "that it was not ok to continue to call" I had to go to another dentist as I refuse to take my son where even am not comfortable. I was told that my 8 year was to go in alone and I was in the car This is not ok!

I was referred to "Smiles By Your Design" from a colleague of mine back in December 2021. Of all my adult life, having gone to various dental practices, "Smiles By Your Design" far exceeds them in all categories; that's not hyperbole. My extraction yesterday (Feb. 8, 2022) was seamless and painless throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Jackson is an amazing dental physician that I prayed to find. He is very considerate of the patient's concerns and fears. He is very attentive to the patient's thoughts and inquiries. He talked me through the entire process (a first), explaining exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I am waiting for the tooth to be pulled, only to have been informed a short time after, that it already was; again, with no pain. I was bracing for a sharp pull of pain, and didn't experience anything. I am glad that I was referred to "Smiles By Your Design". I'm now awaiting for the final plans to be concluded and implemented by Dr. Jackson and "Smiles By Your Design" team, to perform the well needed and overdue dental work that I so desperately need.

Dr Jackson is a Very Professional Dentist , with a great chair side manner. He's attentive to you and strives to make sure your experiences are pain free and without any discomfort. He takes his time to explain before and after your procedure so that you are prepared if there are any post operative procedures to follow. Great dentist, wish that we had more like him. I drive from Homestead Fl and have done so for over 15 years to receive his outstanding dental care. Traveling 195 miles round trip on each dental visit, it has always been worth the drive. always been worth the 185 miles round trip.

These have been my amazing dentists for over 20 years! Dr. Lyn and Dr. Jackson are so caring and make a great professional team along with their wonderful team of hygienists, assistants, and long-time receptionist, Debra. They know what they are doing and take the time to make you comfortable in this warm, friendly, safe office. They feel more like framily than just your average dental practice!

I love Dr. Jackson work. When I lived in Florida I went to see him regularly, I had one bad cavity which he took care of with no discomfort. Additionally, he extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth and followed up with me the next day personally. There is a dental hygienist or assistant that cleans your teeth and he does such a great job (sadly, can't remember his name, I hope he is still there). I suggested all of my family to Dr. Jackson. I live in Chicago now and will be back to Florida to visit family and will have Dr. Jackson clean my teeth. My favourite dentist!!

He's very rude nasty and unprofessional I wanted to schedule an appointment for my daughter I don't even know where to start I would never recommend someone to this ignorant doctor he had the nerve to text me some nasty text message on my phone before I even get to schedule he's a scammer

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his practice. I've always had a phobia of dentists, but Dr. Jackson walked me through each step of the procedure and put me at ease. His office is clean, professional and has later hours which is great. My son also had dental work done by Dr. Jackson and had amazing results. I would highly recommend his office for any dental procedure.

I originally went in for a tooth I thought was broken and came out with completely new teeth! He replaced me worn down enamel and fixed the tooth that didn't have a filling. Dr. Richard and Christian are really chill and kind. They both make my experiences there just wonderful. They both make sure you're comfortable, your lips will never be chapped, and you'll come out loving your smile. This message is super cheesy but they're literally the best :)))

This dentist has horrible customer service, and is so unprofessional, my daughter that is 13 years old is really scarred to go to the dentist alone and they refused to let me to go with her, instead they wanted me to go outside or stay in my car, because I had no where to put my 4 year old son, they didn't allow me to stay in the waiting room. I never had a experience so bad with a dentist before. Right now, I don't recommend this place for anyone.
