So Monday was my first appointment with smiles by Shannon dental. I would have to say I highly recommend them they are very professional and kind, I will most definitely be going back !!!

Dr. Shannon is good with small kids. Nice atmosphere the staff is pretty nice too. Not all insurance is accepted so check before you go

I love Dr. Shannon!! Literally have never gone to a dentist where I literally didn't feel a thing! Dr. Shannon and her staff are fantastic. I love coming here and would Recommend this office to absolutely anyone!

Best dentist in Harrisburg! (And we've tried many). Kind employees and wonderful service, all in a beautiful, clean office setting with spacious parking. Great for kids and squeamish patients.

I had my first visit this week and I must say that I was very pleased with the office, staff and Dr. Jennifer Shannon. A very nice, clean and new facility with top of the line equipment. The staff was so nice and pleasant to talk with and Dr. Shannon was very professional and polite. Thank you all for making my first visit a pleasant one.

I was understandably nervous about getting my first root canal, having heard so many negative things about the procedure. Dr. Shannon made the root canal as unremarkable as filling a cavity. I only winced once when the glue of the temporary crown was placed over the base of the ground down tooth. I'm pleased to say Dr. Shannon, with her years of experience, made my root canal routine and practically painless.

I've never had a dental office answer my questions so thoroughly. They care about YOU, and it shows! 10/10 would recommend! The heated massage chairs are just the beginning to the all-star service you receive & you won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!

I love this place and always recommend it to everyone I know! Dr. Shannon, Kathy and Stephanie are so friendly and very knowledgeable. It's a great location with plenty of parking and a nice, comfortable atmosphere. They've taken every COVID-19 precaution so you can feel safe going to the dentist. They are running their practice right...and it shows! Lastly, they have heated/massage dental chairs and TVs. Say no more!

I had been a patient of Dr Shannon in the past and I am glad to see she has her own practice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful office from decor to making you feel comfortable and at ease with the massage/heat controlled chairs and tv. So glad to be a patient of hers again. So highly recommend.
