Dr. Lorino grew up in Franklin Lakes and returned to his hometown after orthodontic specialty training to openhis own practice. When hes not in the office, Dr. Lorino enjoys working out, playing sports, working in the yard, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lorino has always supported the local schools, extra-curricular programs, and sports whenever hes had the opportunity. He understands the importance of being involved with and supporting the community, whether it is monetarily or by donating his services. I work in two areas of our practice, both in the clinical area where I assist Dr. Lorino and at the front desk where I greet patients and answer the phones. The best part of my job is working so closely with children. I love the smiles on their faces when they get to pick out colors for their braces and seeing their smiles unique progression from beginning to end. I create a bond with my patients and love to see the excitement in their eyes as they get closer to their perfect smile. I have been married for 18 years to my wonderful husband, Dave. We have three beautiful children, Rebecca, Rachel, and Dylan. I enjoy spending my free time in the garden, scrap-booking, and going to the beach. I can most often be found at the basketball, football, and baseball fields watching my children compete.
I work at the front desk as the receptionist for the Wayne and Belleville locations. However, I am also a certified dental assistant so you will see me working in back with the patients as well! I currently teach dental assisting at Fortis Institute, where I can use my training and knowledge I have gained here to education my students. I absolutely love working with Dr. Lorino and his staff! Both Dr. Lorino and Dr. Gigi are amazing orthodontists and always put their patients needs first! I love the inviting atmosphere and the interaction with both the patients and parents. During the treatment time for our patients we get to know each of them better and see their beautiful smile at the end!
I work alongside Dr. Lorino greeting patients, chair-side assisting, taking x-rays, sterilizing, fabricating Essix retainers, pouring and trimming diagnostic models, and delivering oral health care information. I enjoy seeing the transformation in our patients smiles. I also enjoy working with the rest of our dental team they are awesome! I love working with Dr. Lorino because if a patient comes into our office having had a prior consult or dental work from another Dentist, Dr. Lorino never puts down the work or opinion of the other Doctor and this show great integrity.
