Dr. Irwan Goh attended the University of California Irvine for his bachelors degree in biological sciences before attending the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1999. Dr. Goh regularly completes continuing education courses, and has received advanced training through the Las Vegas Institute, the Spear Study Club and Digital Smile Design. He has practiced in the Henderson area since 2005.
Dr. Goh is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. As a dentist, he is dedicated to changing the perception of dental care as a painful and fearful experience into a positive and comfortable experience where patients can enhance their smiles and their self-confidence. His goal is to create as many beautiful smiles as possible.
Gigi graduated from PIMA Medical Institute as a certified dental assistant in 2019. She loves being able to help transform smiles and comes to work each day with a positive attitude. She always gives her all to help our patients be healthier and happier.
Rose attended West Coast University, earning her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene degree in 2020 and her Masters of Health Administration degree in 2022. She enjoys being part of a group that supports everyone and works together to get everything done. Rose goes the extra mile to stay productive, help others around the office and provide her patients with quality dental care that meets their needs.
Stephanie brings with her 20 years of experience in the dental field. She grew up in a dental office since the age of 10 and received hands-on training directly from dentists to become a dental assistant in 2002. She loves being able to participate in changing lives and is dedicated to our patients as well as to our dentist and team. Stephanie always works hard and gives 100%!
Michelle attended West Coast University, graduating in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She loves being part of a dental team with up-to-date technology and practices, and she believes that education is key. Michelle works diligently to educate her patients on the what and the why of their care so they can make informed decisions and achieve optimal oral health.

The staff and dentist are amazing! It is a very clean facility and everyone is so caring and kind. Anytime my husband or I need our teeth taken care of, they are always accommodating.

I am a new patient of Dr. Goh and Im giving them 5 stars for receiving such a great care which I have not had in along time with dental care. My first encounter was with Jessica front desk personnel , she was so pleasant and friendly she gave me the time and patience when making appointment because I did not have my insurance info ready when I called ... and then I met Hugo who is awesome with great customer service skills , very helpful . Then finally met the back personnel , especial mention to Michelle and Dr. Goh everybody is with excellent chair side manner , made me feel comfortable , I was well taken care of... Dr. Goh explained everything to my satisfaction , I never felt not once that they are rushing out from my room .. I work in healthcare setting and the way I was treated at Dr. Goh's office is how I take care of my patients... Thank you for the superb care !!!!

The worst experience I'm stuck with this guy bc of warranty work but worst staff, it's never the same dental hygienist, be aware of charges with this office and get everything in writing before, very shady dentist, he acts nice but very shady with practice and when he asks warranty questions, they're intended to trick you. I just had a regular dental cleaning and they charged me for periodontal cleaning but the hygienist did not do that. It shows the kind of practice he runs as every time I go there it's new people...

I hate going to the dentist. Due to certain circumstances it was necessary for me to seek one out. I am glad I chose Smiles by Goh. Although, they just did an exam, and some xrays, they had to refer me out to an oral surgeon, I was made very comfortable and treated very well. I will definitely be doing my followup care & preventative treatments with them. They definitely impressed me.

Fantastic Staff. Clean office. Very well organized. Michelle the hygenist may be the best I've ever encountered. Dr. Goh is not only extremely well versed in medicine, his bed-side manner and ability to communicate with the patient is exceptional. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the only word that can explain my experience is amazing! The office itself is beautifully decorated, classy and inviting. The staff is wonderful, very informative and kind and Dr. Goh couldn't have been any nicer or knowledgeable. He asked what I'm seeking in my dental goals and what I'd like to fix, as opposed to pointing things out and saying "you need to fix this". The whole team is truly remarkable and I'm so pleased that I found this office.

First visit here and so far I like it! It's a nicely decorated office with updated technology for your dental needs. Very nice! We'll see how much it will costs me lol. Everyone here is very friendly and makes you feel at home so to speak. I'm glad I came and can't wait to get my dental work done here. After several appointments I'm starting to think this place is a little too expensive for the average persons income. It appears that if there's a procedure that needs to be done Dr. Goh will take the more expensive route. I also priced Invisalign from here as well as another Dentist and this place is $300 more. So, know your options and prices before you make any decisions for dental work here.

My dentist of 10 years retired so I found Dr Goh's office. Dr Goh and his team are great very professional with all of the latest modern dentistry tools. Dr Goh is a very professional dentist I would recommend him to everyone.

What a great end-to-end experience! I needed major work and Dr. Goh and his staff addressed all my issues seamlessly. The team there has all the qualities you'd want to see when dealing with such complex issues. They don't skip a beat as they have the latest in technology. The care, compassion, and sincere patient concern is top notch as well. I must have been divinely lead to this office.

This is a very nice office that puts my old dentist to shame. It's a really professional staff, modern office with nice decor, and you're treated royally. Dr Goh is very cool and easy to talk to about any dental issues you may be facing. He clearly knows his stuff but explains it to a layperson like myself really well. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else at this point.

Dr. Goh and his team are awesome ! They made me feel comfortable after I had broken my molar. Dr.Goh is probably one of the best dentist in Las Vegas and I highly recommend him . His staff is nice and caring and when your anxious about going to the dentist they are great in making you feel comfortable.

The back-end team is very good but the front office staff are not. Turnover, poor communications, inability to access dental insurance correctly, and general ineptness with the technology they try to employ are all continuing issues over the past 2 years we have been patients. It may be time to find another dentist office to seek treatment from.
