Dr. Hosseini is awesome. No wait times. They will torture you for a bit, they will do a thorough job but at the end you'll walk out with the Colgate ting on your smile. Overall Dr. H has amazing staff super friendly. His staff is exceptionally thorough with what they do. If you ever thought you could never have a great experience at the Dentist you have never been to Dr. H's clinic.

One of the worst dentists. Send me home while I had a cavity. I had specifically asked him if it needed to be treated, but told me it was OK to leave it for now. Next visit to the dentist I needed to get a root canal.

I waited until my second appt. to post, as I have had some great initial cleanings in my life and the second visit turns into a sequel that should have never been made. Dr. K provided a "deep clean" on my first visit as the pandemic and my travel for work had kept me out of the dentist chair for over two years. It was phenomenal. Close to 2hr appt. without pain. Dr. K and her assistant were a well oiled machine: full cleaning, gum pocket depth inspection (check for receding gums) and demoed and replaced my childhood sealants that were a bit worse for wear. Second cleaning was under an hour and as painless as the first! Melissa, the office admin, walked me through all the insurance paperwork prior to my first appointment and fast tracked my approval process. Such a huge help and much appreciated! To sum up: before moving to LA, I loved the dentist. I saw my same provider from the time I was in grade school until well after I finished college. Since moving to LA, I have been on the hunt for quality dental care, and thanks to the team at SBDS, I believe I have finally come to the end of my quest.

Horrible customer service. My mother went and got her xrays done and they refused to send them to her. They were charging fees way above what is allowed by the CA Dental Association. Melissa was the one that answered the phones and not once was I rude to her but yet she deemed it rightful to hang up on me, called her back, and asked for the office manager only to find out she was the office manager. She said she would call me back and never did. At this point, based on how rude and the lack of customer service they lost our business.

Doctor Shawn is a true pro. He performed saving techniques on my teeth that other dentists where not talented enough to accomplish. Their prices are reasonable and treatment of me was top notch. He is one of the best dentists in Ventura county and the valley. I highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience today. I had an appointment at 4 today. They made me do all paper worka nd scan exam. I was waiting for a long time and then doctor examined me to do deep cleaning . He told he will be back. Receptionist got the paper work and by the time confirmed the receptionist told me doctor left for the day. She was like its friday. So unprofessional staff and doctor Shwan. Ridiculos they just take patients for granted. Make them wait for hours and later give stupid reasons busy day and end of the week. I totally don't understand why in the first place you gave me appointment if you can't do it. Never had such a bad experience. Beware of this doctor. Totally unprofessional and he just want to make money. He told me to remove wisdom teeth and many other things. I said no thank you just deep cleaning. I know I have good teeth and he knew he won't make much money. Please do not call or text me for further appointments.
