Visited Dr. Price today all the way from Atlanta and the service was exquisite. The staff was great and the facility was very clean and not to mention I felt very safe. If you like 5 star service then he is your main.

I would give a zero if I could. I went to him for new composites. I wasn't happy with the shape of my teeth and I keep telling him it felt like something was lodged in between my side tooth. I left and during that week my tooth hurt so bad and my gums were red and swollen. It was difficult to eat on that side. I keep pushing my tongue on thay side for comfort and then a piece of clear, sharp material dislodged...my gums felt a little better. Well. After he refiled my teeth, the front tooth chipped so another doctor fixed it..she was really sweet and made me feel welcomed. I had a follow up for that his staff agreed that I can come in early..I was there almost an hour and had an emergency and had to leave. So, I come back today and the assistance came in..I asked her to wash her hands after she was just doing reception work..she said ok. She went and helped other patients..she came back in..I said can you wash your hands, she said I did IN THE BATHROOM. I said there is a sink right beside me and I said I will wait on the doctor. I also asked him to wash his hands and he said WE DONT DO THAT HERE..NONE OF MY STAFF WILL DO THAT SO WE ARE DISMISSING YOU FROM THE PRACTICE. I said I already paid you and I don't understand. He left me sitting there. His Dad came in... ultimately the police were called and I left. But, I don't understand with all that's going on why wouldn't you want to wash your hands..but, they got money and don't care about people like me..but, I paid for a service. I am hurt, disappointed and in disbelief about the way i was treated. Think twice about going to him. Treated me horribly after he got paid.
