I've been a happy patient for some time, but recently Dr. Anna went so far above her professional role in my health care that I want to thank her publicly. I called the office early on a Monday morning complaining of a severe pain that I thought was either a toothache or an earache. I was given an appointment for that morning. One X-ray and an examination later, Dr. Anna diagnosed my pain as something completely different, and outside her professional field as a dentist. She was even able to show me a simple home remedy that worked immediately. Dr. Anna and her entire staff reflect old fashioned healthcare values set in an state of the art equipped office. Their professional skills are matched by their compassion and caring. Thank you, Dr. Anna, Judy, and the staff.

I WENT IN FOR A CHECKUP - AND WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE $1875 OF DENTAL WORK... AT THE TIME I WAS GIVEN THE ESTIMATE I WAS TOLD THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD PAY $750 (HUMANA) I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THAT CAME BACK AS ZERO COVERAGE. THE DESCRIPTION OF DENTAL WORK WHICH WAS CONTRARY TO WHAT A PERIODONTIST HAD RECOMMENDED AT SAGE DENTAL IN FLORIDA. I WAS LOOKING FOR A GENERAL CLEANING WHICH WAS PERFORMED BUT HUMANA CALLED IT PERIODONTAL WORK (WHY) SO I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $91.50 FROM THE DENTIST OFFICE (WHY) ... SUBSEQUENTLY ALL OF A SUDDEN, I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $115 FOR DENTIST CONSULTING CHARGE (WHY WHEN NOT PROVIDED WITH THE $1875 ESTMATE) WELL AFTER SERVICES????? WHEN I QUESTIONED CONTRADICTION ON FLORIDA PERIODONTIST WORK AND DR. ANNA, I WAS THEN TOLD TO MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH PERIODONTIST NEXT DOOR - WHICH I DID THEN WHEN I HADN'T HEARD FROM PERIODONTIST I CALLED AND THE OFFICE TOLD ME THT THEY WERE WAITING FOR A COPY OF FILM... I CALLED DENTIST TO SEND FILM BUT HAVE NOT HEARD A THING SINCE... I AM FOLLOWING UP NOW AS I WAS IN FLORIDA LAST 3-WEEKS....FRANKLY I AM CONFUSED????? DON'T NO WHAT TODO

Can't say enough about this office. Dr. Anna and her entire staff are professional, friendly and very good at what they do. You can see immediately how well they work together and care about their patients. Office is spotless and has the latest state of the art equipment. My wife recommended Dr. Anna and as usual, she was right!
