My experience with Dr. Keller and the Smiles by Design staff far exceeded my expectations. They are kind, gentle, and thoughtful and made what I imagined to be a painful procedure so smooth and positive. I wish I had done the Same Day New Smile procedure years ago. It has dramatically changed my life with greater confidence. Friends and family not only noticed the difference in my smile but my confidence is through the roof. Thank you Dr. Keller and team!

What can say about smiles by design? . It has been LIFE CHANGING!! I'm a 44 year old single mother of 3 (17,20, 22) who has suffered through dental pain and smile anxiety for over 40 years. I wouldn't smile without making sure my mouth was closed and would position myself to my left side when I spoke to anyone. Now this was challenging because I have been a hairdresser for 24 years!! For over 10years I have been researching and exploring options to fix my smile. Being a single mother I had to wait because of the cost. I started to get my credit back in order in the meantime. This year I had a wonderful person put in my life who was able to co-sign and put my ability to fulfill my dream of a new smile , a reality So I got back online and researched for a dental office that could handle my jaw issues and what I wanted for a smile . That's when I found Shawn Keller and the smiles by design team. I meet with Barb and I was only able to get enough credit to pay 3/4 of the surgery I needed, but between me and Barb, we were able to make my dream come true 2 weeks later As I sit here and write this review I get emotional. My smile is so beautiful and the surgery was seem less. I only needed to take ibuprofen and Tylenol for 10 days and was back to work with only 4 days off. To whoever is thinking about coming to this office, trust me , it's the best decision I have ever made. Thank you smiles by design, you have forever changed my life Sara

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Keller and his staff. His staff is friendly, informative and totally professional (not to mention beautiful). Since I flew in from Hawaii, they made sure I was taken care of, even helping me get to my hotel. And the results are fabulous. I love my smile again. Thank you Smiles by Design.

I have been coming here for years! Everyone is always helpful and transparent when talking about cost or plans for continued care and dental health. Jackie is one of the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is always friendly, and we can bond with our talks of family pets. Whether you are coming to Smiles By Design for the first time, or returning for cleanings, you can always expect a warm and gentle environment. This was one of the reasons I went to Dr. Keller in the first place, I had a safe place to go for implant dentistry. It has been 4 years since I got my implants, and with quarterly cleanings I can protect my investment.

A few years ago, my teeth were going through "something". The enamel disintegrated, my front teeth were thinning and crumbling, and there was gum erosion on one side predominantly. Because I smile a lot, this was not working for me. I needed to find a good solution! I looked for about two years for a dentist that specialized in smile makeovers. After a number of consultations, finally, in an Alaska airlines magazine, I saw an advertisement for Smiles by Design. I made an appointment and Dr. Keller showed me the cause of most of the problems and explained how to fix it. Thanks to Dr. Keller and his team, I now have a healthy, vibrant smile. He was able to work his plan around my strange, overseas work schedule. Strangers literally stop me often to compliment my smile. This is what differentiates Dr. Keller's work: they notice the smile, not the "teeth". The work was truly pain free! If you are looking for quality work, a team, that makes you feel appreciated, comfortable and well cared for, I highly recommend Smiles by Design.

I am only a few months into this transformation. It is definitely a marathon and not a sprint. Dr. Keller and his team treat you as if you are the most important person they have ever worked on. This team understands that you are an individual and your treatment will not be like anyone else, so they take hours of time to listen to you so that everyone is on the same page. You will never feel like you are being rushed out of your appointment and when you leave you will be excited to come back.

Taking advantage of this has simply changed my life. I have confidence to smile and be smiled at. I no longer have jaw pain , toothaches or bad breath. My profile has changed from that of an aged old man to a healthy vigorous attractive male. Dr Keller is a highly skilled doctor who is passionate about helping his patients. He is a recognized leader in his field and it's actually surprising he isn't practicing in LA, Miami or NYC.

I have had all of my teeth replaced with two bridges consisting of 4 implants per bridge. All work was performed by Dr. Keller, Smiles by Design. At first I was a little skeptical, but my apprehensions were quickly overcome by the professional staff and the answering of all my questions and concerns. Included with the same day smile guarantee, Dr. Keller has an excellent follow up program, fine tuning the implants so they look as natural as possible. I eat just about everything I want including nuts, apples, steak and even coconut. There are a few days after surgery where I was a little uncomfortable and diet was reduced to soups and smoothie's, but I did lose 7 lbs of unnecessary weight. All in all I couldn't be happier with my new set of teeth. I even travelled over 300 miles to get to Dr. Keller's office. It was well worth the trip.

Dr Keller and his team provided the care and empathy I needed to overcome my childhood trauma of the dentist. They were active listeners and ensured my comfort was a priority every step of the way during my treatment. I now have a smile I can be proud of and exude confidence when interacting with clients and in social gatherings. My smile finally reflects who I am. WE CARE ABOUT OUR PATIENTS! I started working at Smiles by Design back in July of 2020 and I am constantly impressed by the hardworking and dedicated staff. Doctor Keller and his amazing team are changing people's lives everyday. Patients come to our office seeking dental implants, the all on 4 procedure, reduced pain, advanced healing. With Dr. Keller's Same Day New Smile Procedure, patients get stem cell therapy and heal extremely fast. It is the best alternative to dentures. I am so proud to be a part of the brave journey our patient are on. I am thankful everyday!

Smiles by Design, Kirkland, is absolutely the best. They helped me with a new smile and aligned a jaw issue I'd had all my life. The staff is professional, friendly and I am very happy with my new teeth.

It's not all true, what they sell you... Let me first start by saying my teeth look great But, I now have a slur that I was told they can't do anything About and I'll "just have to live with it." After spending $50k and my brother also spending 50k I'll just have to live with an embarrassing slur. They first told me when in my consultation that these teeth would last me 10-20 years and after the at I would need to upgrade. Fine. They also told me I would get 1 year of free cleaning, great, but that wasn't true after I had paid. I came in for my first cleaning 8 months after surgery (healing took me longer) see pics, and they tried to charge me and I said no, I was told I have 1 free year. Apparently I only got 6 months free. Well, the. I went in for my next cleaning and they tried to charge me 400, I said what happened to the 275 fee? They said they changed it, I was never notified. Then they tried to Upsell and get me to get new bridges already. I said these will last me 10-20 years why would I upgrade 1 year later. She then told me, my bridges will only last 3-5 years!!!! I SAID WHAT?!?! after that last cleaning I have been waiting for Dr Kelley's office to try and make this right, fix my slur and give it to me straight, but nope they did not. So im writing this to y'all who are thinking of spending 50k-130k with dr keller. They lie to make you feel comfortable then, try and upgrade you months later, then ditch you when you have an issue with your teeth, like my slur. Here's your review Dr keller that you gave me a Starbucks gift card for, at least I got a free coffee out of it.

Dr. Keller and his staff all meet you with genuine personal care. They show pride and pleasure in their work and the attention to detail makes you feel like your smile is a well cherished work of art. I recommend Dr. Keller to anyone that wants a life changing beautiful new smile. They also have sedation options for anyone with dental fear! This office is truly special.

If you want professional, knowledgeable dentist and people, this is the place. Very proud of the implants I received.The customer service was impeccable. I get many compliments on my new improved smile. I flew in from out of state to have my implants done here because Dr Keller and staff are the best. I was not disappointed. I traveled to Dr Keller from Maui because I've had dentures for years and couldn't eat and they were so uncomfortable. Now with my new implants and teeth I finally eat again and can actually breathe better I'm so thankful for him and his team
