Dr. Raman earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University School of Dental Medicine where she graduated summa cum laude in 2006. Before receiving her D.M.D., she graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2000.
She is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Physiologic Medicine and Dentistry, and the Spear Faculty Club.
She feels blessed to have found her calling as a dentist and is grateful to have the opportunity to practice preventive care in the healthcare industry where she can make a positive impact on her patients' dental and whole-body wellness. As of today, the pinnacle of her career is the moment her teachers at the Spear Institute opened her eyes to the function of airway health being at the center of a patient's dental health. This shift changed dentistry for her, and she feels energized in spreading the word about these often-overlooked conditions.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, practicing Indian classical music, cooking, and experimenting with healthy recipes for her family and friends. She also enjoys playing a traditional string instrument called the Veena.

Had a chipped tooth and Dr Raman is such a perfectionist. Finally got my tooth and the color and shape are both perfect. Couldn't be happier.

I've always gone to this office since I was a little kid though it was Dr. Thompson's practice but Dr. Raman and her team do amazing job!

I came to Dr. Raman for a second opinion. Dr. Raman was attentive to all of my concerns and worked with me to answer multiple questions and make an action plan going forward. I have never had this level of attention from any doctor. Definitely above and beyond my expectations. I will be attempting to make her my primary dentist going forward.
