We had a dental emergency for our daughter last week who had broken her front teeth. We contacted Dr. Babaldeep Kaur who came on her day off on a Saturday and saved my daughter's smile. Dr. Kaur was so kind and gentle with my daughter and calmed her throughout the procedure. Dr. Kaur could have stayed home and have a nice relaxing weekend but she came and helped us. She went above and beyond with her service. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaur for all your dental needs.

I was referred to Dr. Kaur by a friend, I had a dental emergency and Dr. Kaur got me in right away. I have had very bad experiences with other dentist, so I was nervous and very anxious. Dr. Kaur was calming and extremely gentle. I need a lot of work on my teeth, and in the last month I have gone to her 5 times, had two root canals, a few fillings and still going back for more. Each time I have had great experiences with no pain or discomfort. I will continue to go to Dr. Kaur, and tell everyone I know to go to her. I appreciate her kindness and no judgement. Thank you Dr. Kaur P.S. Her staff is amazing also, very caring.

Everyone at Smiles by Design is professional and kind I for one is not comfortable with the dentist however Dr. Howes makes me relaxed as possible. His staff is also very good at their own jobs, Katrina is one of his assistants and does a great job. If you are not happy with your current dentist or looking to make a change give Smiles by Design a try I think that you will have a good experience and be glad that you did.

Was looking for a new dentist....wanted someone who was not only a quality dentist, but someone I could trust. I had heard good things about Dr. Howes for his skills and integrity. Got that and more! Pointed out (things) that needed some attention soon...others that could wait, etc. no pressure at all. gave me estimates...found discounts for me, etc. they have a 'new client' special. if you are looking for a dentist...highly recommend Smiles By Design.

My first experience here was very comforting and professional. I came in for my X-ray and consultation and it took about an hour because I had a lot that needs to be done. With the help from Dr. Howes elaborating on what needs to be done and fixed I felt more confidence in regaining my smile, as I had mentioned to him at the very beginning. From all my previous dental visits at other dental practices were painful and not informative. The staffs were all nice and helpful. They took extra precautions in taking temperatures and sanitizing. It's my second visit today and I went in for my clean up. I was pretty nervous because I've been traumatized by my previous dental practice, so during the whole procedure I'm clinching my fist thinking it may be painful. The whole entire time the dental hygienist Mrs. Wong was so gentle and so professional! She had told me it may be a little painful because I haven't had a cleaning in a while, but it went by so smoothly! I'm excited for my next few visits to get the necessary things done for my health.

I highly recommend Smiles By Design, I have been going there approx. 15 years and still don't have one single bad thing to say about them. They are so efficient, kind and professional, and started out with many cavities and tooth problems, and now I am finally getting great results when I go in. Don't hesitate to call them, you will be happy. If you have had any problems in the past, please give them a try.
