We had a very good experience. My husband is in a skilled rehab facility and not able to go to his regular dentist. The dental hygienist was very thorough, gentle and caring. They responded in a timely manner as to the results of the X-rays taken. Would definitely recommend.

Each team that came to our home was awesome! Every team member was kind, gentle, respectful, efficient and professional. They were also very concerned about neatness, hygiene and safety. Everything was provided, from tools and x-ray machines, to a dental chair and other necessary equipment. My 84 year-old mother was very pleased with the services she received, including an examination with x-rays, then later, 6 tooth extractions. I would highly recommend Smiles By Delivery to anyone in need of home-based dental care!

Really love the convince of this service. My father in law has a lot of anxiety and it is very helpful that they come to him. He is hard to please and he has had no complaints about this service and he says they are very professional.

My mom lives in an assisted living facility several states away from me and needed a lot of dental work - but she has some dementia and is nervous about dentists. Restoring her dental health was a real challenge until Smiles by Delivery began to visit her facility. The team has been a blessing! They have gone above & beyond to create and execute an affordable plan while easing mom's fears - including rescheduling visits when mom felt too anxious. I'm especially grateful to Barb & Katie, who have spent SO much time coordinating with both me and mom's facility - truly caring and lovely people!

The entire Smiles by Delivery team was A+ in all regard. I could not have expected any more from doctor Pifer's knowledge and manner before,) after and during the procedure. All of the team members that were assisting him were excellent and they all worked really well together. I would highly recommend every member of the team. Dr. Pifer is the only dentist that I will go to! Yeah team!

My mother is in an assisted living home. Smiles come to the facility and cleans the residence teeth. She needed two teeth pull and the came to her and set up. They took very good care of her.

This is the best dentist I have ever had I'm 60 years old and I have been to many different dentist throughout my life But I can honestly say that I LOVE SMILES BY DELIVERY. I don't cover my mouth when I laugh or smile ?

The staff is AMAZING! Lightning speed response time with emergencies is very appreciated. The staff is kind, considerate and knowledgeable and full of compassion. My mother suffers from dementia and their technicians were gentle, kind and interacted with my mom that defused all anxiety and fear. She giggled and was at ease with the exam, and x-rays. Thank you so much to the team!

My 84 year old dad is homebound and needed dental care. I was ecstatic to find your company. The team was super professional and very organized. They worked as a well oiled machine and got everything done quickly. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs this service!!!!

They are wonderful. Barb is amazing. What I appreciate about SBD is that if there is a snafu of any kind, they don't make excuses. they apologize and move on to give you the best customer service EVER! I looked to Barb to help guide me through this process with my father. She built a relationship with me as a customer. I am so grateful to her. Its unusual these days to see this type of service. I recommend Smiles by Delivery whole heartedly!

My husband is in a long term care facility and has been under lock down conditions due to Covid 19. He was very much in need of dental care. When I was told about Smiles by Delivery, I reached out to them for help. The staff has gone beyond the call to help in any way they can. They return calls quickly and answer the myriad questions I pose. The cost is reasonable and they have been willing to work around what our insurance can pay. I definitely recommend Smiles by Delivery.

My wife is a resident at a Long Term Care facility. After an exam by Smiles and Delivery it was determined that my wife needed a tooth extraction. Upon receiving a call from Barb at Smiles, she was able to answer all my concerns. Barb then coordinated with my wife's doctor's group for a sedative prescription. After the extraction I received a call from Barb informing me of the doctor's notes. He stated all went well, that he installed a plug to help with the bleeding, did a suture and that the area was clotting as he was leaving. The next morning, I received another call from Barb with an update as she had contacted the facility. I am very pleased with the staff, especially Barb since was my contact at Smiles and Delivery and would not hesitate calling them again. For this reason, I gave them five stars.

I reached out to Smiles by Delivery for my mother-in-law who lives in an Assisted Living facility. Barb answered the phone and was so informative and helpful getting all of the paperwork to me and explaining how everything worked. Once I submitted the paperwork they responded very quickly and set up the first appointment. Renee is the contact that will let us know when they are about 20 minutes away, she is so friendly every time she calls and also answers any questions I have at that time. The team went to my mother-in-law's home and were able to do X-Rays and come up with a treatment plan. My mother-in-law was so impressed with them, she said that she felt so comfortable with them. After the first appointment Aurelia contacted me to discuss coverage and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She has been so amazing through all of the appointments and offering support when I have questions. The staff at Smiles by Delivery really seem to care about the patients, they are always available and always go above and beyond to help in any way that they can. We will continue to use Smiles by Delivery based upon their professionalism, caring nature and willingness to help. I want to send a HUGE thank you to Barb, Aurelia and Renee for doing such an amazing job over the last few months and helping us get my mother-in-law the treatments she needed. You are all truly amazing...from the bottom of my heart...Thank you.

OMG. My mom is 95 and has a significant dental fear. Been wearing dentures for at least 59 years. Maybe even 60. This wonderful group left her with only positive and excited words after their mobile visit to assisted living. So nice to be tended to by caring people in a place where she feels safe. When I first started looking for a company that could service my needs, I found a gem in Smiles by Delivery. I had a fear of dentists and as a result I neglected my teeth. I needed much work done. Smiles by Delivery guided me through the entire process. They showed up to my home with professional. They were supportive and encouraging. The dentist was very supportive and took his time and was understanding of my fears. Aurelia was very informative and gave me a full understanding of my treatment plan and accommodated my needs, time and finances. I highly recommend Smiles by Delivery for all of your dental care.
