I've been a patient at the Cleveland Smile Center in Cuyahoga Falls for the past few years. I am SO excited they opened a location in Westlake which is closer to my house. All of the staff and Doctors are excellent! Dr. Sam always has me leaving with a smile. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore!

Amazing experience from the front desk, to the assistants, hygienists, and the doctor... they all made feel like I was at home. Not only was I at ease in the dental chair, they also explained everything in detail before starting treatment regarding costs. They truly provide the BEST dentistry in the area. Implants, braces and Invisalign, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency care - they do everything in one convenient location. Thank you!! I highly recommend.

New family dentist on the west side of Cleveland in Westlake. Recently moved to the west side and Dr. Glick with Cleveland Smile Center was recommended to me by friends and family. Not only was my experience great, but more importantly I brought in my 2 year old son for his first visit to the dentist and it couldn't have gone better. Dr. Glick and his staff kept the experience fun and was sensitive to having a toddler for his first time. No doubt we found my families lifelong dentist.

Dr. Glick is a wonderful dentist. He is very thorough and aggressive when developing a treatment plan, and very kind and compassionate when explaining it. He is very patient and understanding to his patients concerns.

Awesome doc and staff here in Westlake! I love that the office offers all dental services so you never have to get referred to anyone else. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist! Dr Sam is great!

Great dental experience from the moment me and my husband walked in and when we left the office! Dr. Glick and his staff are very friendly, professional, welcoming, and very detailed oriented! My family has found a lifelong dentist and can't wait to bring in my kids next!

I've been coming to this dentist almost 30 years. From the moment you come in, the staff is warm and friendly. Kurt the dentist is very knowledgeable, does great work, honest and a straight shooter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these fine people to anyone.

Very deceiving! I was given the run around many times during an appt as to whether or not I would receive a bill or need to pay for services. My questions were avoided and I was continuously told "you won't have to pay". After receiving one treatment I was hit with a $200 bill. When asked if I would have to pay at the next appt I was told "no, you won't have to pay at your appt" only to find out that I would receive another $200 bill. Then rudely questioned about why I needed to cancel the appt (because I am not in a position to pay $400 right now) and was told well you don't have to pay it on that day. . I will find a more honest dentist office where my questions will be answered and I won't be surprised. I have good dental insurance. I wish I would have been told this office is not in my network when I asked. That question was avoided as well. This miscommunication was very clearly done purposely several times over the phone and in person.

Great dentist, great staff, great service. Dr. Thomas continues to provide exceptional service and always has his patients' best interest in mind when providing dental care. I would recommend him and his practice to my family and friends.

Dr Thomas himself was fine but he has shady business practices - I had a service completed with an estimate through dual insurances that I was told that they accept both insurances. I gladly paid my estimated costs and had the procedure done. After the fact I received a bill for over 500 dollars in addition to the other 250 I already paid. I was told the reason was they do accept my insurances but they are out of network and do not accept the maximum amounts limited by my insurance. If I was told this in the beginning I would have held off at getting this service and would have found an in network dentist, but the staff lied to me. I tried to call and reason with them and they will not admit to any wrong doing. I know an estimate is just that but you dont expect your costs to be 3 times the estimated cost

This is absolutely the best Dental practice that I and my family have ever encountered. Like most, we have been to multiple DDS offices and had more than a few Dentists over the years. A family member first referred us to Dr. Thomas and we have been with him ever since. This practice has always had a truly professional, friendly and considerate staff. Dr. T is gentle and explains everything clearly. They don't push unnecessary procedures and are flexible with appointment times. Cleanliness is everywhere, along with smiles.We have referred others there and will continue to do so. Yes, we are fans and happy to spread the word. There's no need to dread or delay your (quite necessary) dental care when you use these fine folks!!!

I have had cleanings and dental exams every 6 months, so I was very surprised when I became a patient of Dr. Thomas' and he developed a very extensive "treatment list" including multiple crowns, a root canal and multiple fillings. I did have two crowns done and several of the fillings when my insurance company refused to pay for one of the crowns. The claim was submitted 3 times and then required a dentist to dentist consultation. I contacted the insurance company and in discussing the issue and the "treatment list" it was suggested to me that I may want a second opinion. During my first visit with Dr. Thomas I did get a copy of the "treatment list" for my records. Prior to getting the second opinion I did get copies of the X-rays that were done by Dr. Thomas' office staff. The dentist I went to for a second opinion came highly recommended by my orthodontist. I had an exam after he looked at the X-rays from Dr. Thomas' office. He assured me that I needed no dental work to be done. I then gave him the "treatment list" and he looked at what had been done and the proposed care to be done. He reexamined my teeth and again assured me that there was no need for more crowns, fillings, or a root canal. Dr. Thomas' work is painless, but I have concerns and even doubts if the work that I had was necessary. The rest of the proposed work I am being told is not needed.
