I had a very bad experience. First no one greeted with a smile. Then they had me fill out about 15 minutes of paperwork. They took me back and made me do about 40 minutes of X-rays. When I asked how long the appt would take they said at least 90 minutes. My mouth has several sores from the X-ray plate being shoved in my mouth. Then she took pictures of all my teeth. They then have another lady come in to go over prices. Apparently this wasn't covered by my insurance. Literally the cleaning I wanted wasn't covered. But they didn't tell me until running a ton of diagnostics. I had to walk out in the middle.

Nice and clean office. Everyone is super friendly and want to help. I loved my hygienist. But it feels like deep cleaning is pushed to a new clients in this office. And it's pretty expensive. I was told I have to pay only 80$ out of pocket, but at the end received a bill for almost 300$. And my insurance paid almost 800$ for this cleaning!!! The billing practice is kind of "shady", It's all about money and my insurance was over billed. My husband had 2 appointments and no cleaning done because they continued to push deep cleaning. The same situation with our friends. It was the main reason our family transferred to another dentist office.

Clean and upscale Dental Office. Silvia, one of the dental hygienist, is amazing. She is very nice and great at her job. Makes you feel comfortable & takes her time addressing and solving your issues. Would definitely recommend Smiles.

What a great experience! I had a traumatic dental event happen and was terribly nervous and upset. The entire team treated me with professionalism and a great deal of care. They explained every step of the process and consistently went out of their way to help. I had an event to attend and they were able to accommodate a very tight timeline, going far beyond my expectations to deliver. I can't say enough about the great treatment I continue to receive.

They were all very friendly. And helpful , I couldn't get my tooth pulled today. But that was because they hadn't gotten a medical release from my other doctor. They play good music there also.

I've been going to Smiles for years and they always provide great service. Silvia (the hygienist) is kind, gentle, and always ensures I'm comfortable. Makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I was scheduled for a new patient appointment which included the basic cleaning. I was not told prior to appointment about the almost two hours of X-rays, pictures, snd scanning of my teeth. Afterwards I met the dentist who was very nice. Then a girl came in to review the costs of everything the dentist had recommended. Throughout the previous two hour procedure I explained that all I wanted done today was to get the $75 new patient cleaning. At the end of this I was told that I was NOT going to get the basic cleaning because I needed a deeper cleaning which I was not going to have done today due to insurance issues. Then I was told well Sylvia could use her discretion if she wanted to do the cleaning. It was just a hot mess. I chose to leave and only pay $60 since they didn't clean my teeth. I will not be back. I felt as if it was gimmick to get me back to the office multiple times. We have recently moved to Jacksonville and just wanted to get our teeth cleaned since we missed the one in our previous location. My advice is to be sure you know what your getting in to before you get there. Better yet, find another place.
