Was there nearly 3 Hours. They did x-rays and I spoke with the dentist. Waited in the exam room for 30+ mins multiple times before someone new would come in, and the cycle would repeat. Billing turn told me my insurance doesn't cover cleanings which is false and has been confirmed with my insurance company. Would not recommend.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Check in was easy, staff friendly, helpful,kind and courteous. The techs and doctor were equally fantastic. Sorry I didn't come here sooner.

Waited one hour for appointment. Left after rescheduling. After three text to make sure I would not forget my appointment and ensure I would be on time, then having to wait for an hour, that doesn't set well with me.

Had a 9:00 appointment Arrived 8:45 I needed a CT scan was not seen till 9:30 for a scan the only took a few minutes but the staff was very nice!

Had a 10 am appointment for xrays and cleaning. It took 2.5 hours and I didn't get the cleaning. They wouldn't do a regular cleaning because the doc said I needed an expensive deep cleaning.

I have been going to smiles for 2 yrs now and they always make me feel at ease--and that's an accomplishment. They staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff even when they are thrown rude customers they handle it sweetly and professionally. I am beyond horrified of the dentist but they made it a good experience for me! From the ladys at the front desk to the back ! They are amazing

Do not use Smiles at Heathbrook dental office. Today I had a very upsetting experience leaving me in tears. Not only were the practices of the staff unclean but also very unprofessional. 1. No hand hygiene between patients. 2. Supplies left used in the mouth left on counter/keyboard unpackaged. 3. Items used for mouth procedures left on computer counter uncleaned between patient use. 4. Dust over the chair bars. 5. Water/mold spots on ceiling near vents. 6. Boxes laid out in chaos. 7. Procedural instruments looked unsterile. 8. Unprofessional conversation about other patients and doctors over me while in the chair. I was left in the chair for 25 min after numbing for it to set in. Dentist returned to start procedure... leaves a crater drilled in my tooth only to numb me some more and walks away for over 35 minutes (to perform another procedure). In that time I became completely unnumb and her suggestion was to numb me again with Epi which I stated I couldn't have. I was in the office 2 hrs 10 min and left with none of the work done I was scheduled for. As tears roll down my face the dentist sang and hummed to music while she patched the crater so I could leave to seek care elsewhere.

This was my very first appointment with Dr. Williams. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire operation. They took me on time, and explained everything in detail. I will be returning as a new patient and would recommend them to friends.

Chose this dentist office because of good reviews, and the fact they are on my insurance list. I'm so happy I did! I am almost 68 and have never had as thorough of an exam as I did yesterday! I went first as the "Guinea pig" and after I told my husband about my experience, he had me call and schedule an appointment for him!

I had my first appointment last Thursday and absolutely love my dentist Dr. Williams. The staff was so nice and they gave me so many great tips to better take care of my teeth which is very important to me. I'm so glad my husband and I chose Smiles at Heathbrook as our dentist.

Shelly was absolutely the best part of the visit...I cant complain about any art as all the staff was pleasant and the office was nice and clean but the Shelly made me feel so welcomed that I would always return for her. I hope I can request that she always handles my cleanings going forward!
