I was in the city from out of state when I unfortunately had a tooth incident. Everyone at Smiles at Glenwood went out of their way to help me. They were able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment and provided an action plan for my unexpected need. I am so appreciative of not only their help/treatment plan but also their kindness. While I did only have the one visit, I would absolutely recommend!

I saw Dr Gail today because of a chipped tooth which needed a crown. I was very nervous about the procedure. She and her dental tech were very comforting and caring! She even gave me 'bravery' glasses. Dr Gail had a great bedside manner and was skillful with her tools. My expectations were highly exceeded! I am so happy with my visit today I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going to Smiles for years. Dr. Arrick is amazing and I love her and her great staff. Also love Dr. Velvet. I've never once felt unsafe or unsatisfied there. Her hygienist staff is always willing to answer questions and educate on hydene and proper cleaning practices.

Highly recommend! This was an amazing first visit and experience. Every single person was friendly and knowledgeable, talking through each step of care. I'm pregnant and got a little touch of morning sickness during the visit and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, bringing in crackers and juice. Dr. Arrick was simply fantastic.

I really appreciate them taking me in yesterday. Dr. Crocker and Stephanie were very patient and through during my visit. Together they worked to find out my issue, explained what I needed to do in detail. Dr. Crocker and Stephanie were very caring and personable.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist during an initial visit. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. I searched on purpose for an office with an African American dentist. So far, I like the professional knowledge and wisdom shared with me. Thank you, Smiles at Glenwood for hopefully a life-long partnership.

The name should be Smiles Everywhere at Glenwood. Dr. Cooper and staff have great bedside manner. They were nice and informative. I already look forward to my follow up appointments with y'all. Thank you and be encouraged to keep up the great work.
