The entire staff make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety from previous dentist from the 1950' and 1960's. Dental care cwas not the best back then. My cc dental hygienist, Shenika, was extremely patient, gentle and explained as she went along. Dr. Be Rayak is extremely kind and has a very calming bedside manner. After years of dental anxiety, I am ready to continue to schedule regular dental appointments. The entire staff goes out of there is way.

Today I visited that clinic for a routine dental cleaning. Dentist Truc Mai initially asked me if I consider invisalign, I said I wasn't interested in it. Then she did examination and tried to convince me for deep cleaning with $634 extra payment (in addition to insurance coverage). I told her I couldn't afford it and regular cleaning was enough for me (which is insurance companies cover the whole cost). Shockingly she refused to clean my teeth, and I left the office wasting my hours. It was a terrible experience. I just wonder can dentists/hygienist force you for deep cleaning? Two months after my review here is their response: "...We welcome you to give our Office Manager a call and we'd be happy to discuss your concerns..." Are you guys kidding? Why should I call you, what are we going to discuss? Don't be rediculous! Don't answer just the sake of answering!!!

I went in to get some fillings and I was in and out of the place within an hour. Both Dr. Rayek and his assistant (Summer) were wonderful and they helped ease my anxiety to make the entire appointment a relatively painless experience.

My husband and I have been to this practice for over 20 years and have put a lot of trust in Dr Rayek and his staff. They are also good to work with the insurance company and payment. They will not disappoint!

Jenny ( Dental Assistant) was wonderful at putting me at my ease in spite of my uneasiness of having a permanent crown put in. She's one rare soul who can just make one feel like the most validated person at that moment. I plan on requesting her services for future visits.

We are so grateful to Fairfax Smiles for the care they provided to our family for some urgent dental needs. Belinda calmly assured us they would work with us to get us in and Dr. Rayek took the time to assess the situation and did a beautiful job resolving it. The care was great through the entire process. So much so we are switching to Smiles for all of our care. We are so appreciative of how they handled this and Dr. Rayek's work to make a smile more beautiful!

Had the best experience today with a hygienist. Steph was knowledgeable, informative, and most of all gentle. Her bed-side, or chair-side manner was disarming and exactly what you would want when going to the dentist.
