I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Petcu and his team. From the first call I made to their office, Jane picked up and was so kind and helpful and professional I felt at ease. I was apprehensive about getting a crown on my tooth. Dr. Petcu answered every question and handled w great care and ease. He listened and answered me and made me feel at ease. I'm so grateful. Thank you.

Love Dr. PETCU and his staff.. He takes my worries away, works fast and efficiently. His receptionist is always cheery and helpful as well.

I really love everything about this dental practice. Dr. Petcu is very good at what he does and I love the way the office runs. Friendly and efficient from start to finish. The patient is the priority here.

THE SECRETARY DID NOT EVEN GREET US WHEN WE WALKED IN THE DOOR!!! WE ALSO CAME ON TIME FOR A CLEANING AND SOMEONE CAME IN LATE AND THEY GOT IN BEFORE US MAKING US SUPER LATE. THEN THE SECRETARY TOLD ME THAT MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER NEEDS TO WEAR A MASK WHEN OTHER PEOPLE WERE NOT!! BAD PLACE!!! DONT GO HERE.

My daughters and I have been patients here for about a year to a year and a half. The dentist and his staff have always been extremely helpful and kind throughout this time. Last week though I had a dental emergency that could have proved absolutely horribly for my personal and professional life but due to the amazing staff and Dr.Petcu, that I now feel is no doubt 1 in a million, it turned out to be just a little bump in the road. I'm not usually an emotional person in public but I left this place in tears. Complete tears of joy due to the miracle work I feel they did for me that day and fixing my entire situation in less than 12 hours. I absolutely love Dr. Petcu and his staff, they are the most understanding and helpful dental office I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. My daughters and I will remain patients of Dr. Petco's for life, or at least until the day he retires. I feel as if I have found a a diamond in the dental community by becoming patients here. My daughters and I have never been treated better and I could not be happier about the the service we receive here. If you are looking for a dentist that will take excellent care of your needs, do amazing work to make and keep your smile beautiful, with a wonderful, caring staff, you will never find a better one than this! (Please excuse my google name and picture as one of my daughters made it years ago for me and I have no clue how to change it, lol)

Dr. Petcu is extremely talented and very professional, my family has been seeing him as our primary dentist for at least 8 or 9 years now and we have never had a single problem. The receptionists and dental hygienist are always incredibly helpful and friendly, make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend him as a dentist, especially if you have younger kids that are intimidated by or scared of going to the dentist.

This was the best dental experience I've had. Incredibly pleasant. The reception staff and dental assistants are friendly, helpful, and eager to answer questions. Dr. Petcu is gentle yet incredibly efficient and was just a pleasure to speak to about my health care. I'd highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for dental care which leaves you smiling from the experience.

I just had my third visit, in less then 3 weeks, at "Smiles and More" in Medway , at Dr. Petcu's office, and I just can't tell you how happy I am with the service from this place (I had a cleaning and two fillings, so far). The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is very,very pleasant, kinda gives you a warm familiar feel ; not like you would be there for what you actually are. First of all, the staff helped me find the wright time to set up the appointments as easier as possible for me,which is very important for me since I work in sales and my schedule varies a lot. Also, the transparency, and the ease of access to information, from their website, was also a decisive factor in my selection, it made it all much easier. The most important , Dr. Petcu is a true gentleman, a real professional, and I am completely satisfied with his service. I had some really original experiences in the past , at my last dentist(not the happiest one, we all past through that at one time) , therefore, when I had chosen Dr. Petcu , I really had done my research regarding his education and experience, to make sure that I'm making the right decision for me. And it was. He listened to my needs,was very gentle and patient, and used his expertise to provide me with the best "dental experience" (if i'm allowed to call it like that) that I ever had. I already sent two of my friends there , knowing they will be on good hands. Thank you, Dr. Petcu & Lainie, Janet , Mary, you guys succeeded in bringing back my smile! Keep up the the good work!
