With X-rays, the magic of fluoride (in every possible flavor), and an explanation of just what kind of gross buildup can happen with improper brushing techniques, little ones learn a thing or two about oral hygiene in between checking out their X-rays and picking out their fluoride flavor.
Dr. Tyler Owens grew up in St. George, Utah. Upon receiving his bachelors degree in Biology from Brigham Young University, he attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Dr. Owens participated in multiple mission trips to underserved areas of the world, where he discovered his passion for pediatric dental care. Treating children during these trips lead him to complete his residency and training at NYU Lutheran Pediatrics.
Dr. Owens and his wife, Kristen, have four children: Ryan, Ryder, Olivia and Charlotte. When he is not in the office, Dr. Owens loves outdoor activities, learning new things and spending time with his family.
Dr. Sally Le is a Cosmetic Dentist at Smiles 4 Life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She grew up in Broken Arrow and attended the University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate education. For dental school, Dr. Sally attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Sally has a passion for helping children! She has found that pediatric dentistry allows her to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients and their families. Her favorite part of being a Dentist is helping kiddos change their perspective of dentistry!
A fun fact about Dr. Sally is that she has a mischievous dwarf rabbit named Netherland! When shes not being an amazing dentist, you can find her volunteering at her church or spending time with her family and friends.

My 20 year old son has been going here since he was little. I feel extremely fortunate to have such a great place with wonderful people taking care of us and making things easy. There's good reason behind all the rave reviews.They care. Thank you.

I used to think very highly about this office until my daughter had an abscess in her gums under a tooth that supposedly had a root canal. The problem I have is her having to wait 3 days in excruciating pain for Antibiotics. That's So Sad. We will definitely be looking into Another Dental group. Hopefully the infection doesn't spread to her blood and she can bare 3 more days of excruciating pain. Do Better Small Smiles.

We were referred here from our family dentist. The staff here are the best . my daughter is having some extensive work done and she is also autistic but the staff here has made me feel comfortable with the procedures they are doing and I'm very particular when it come to my child's care . keep making the world great one smile at a time smiles 4 life staff your doing fantastic!!! If more stars could be given I'd put them on. Had 3 teeth emergency extracted today. These guys made sure I didn't feel a thing and know im terrified of needles and bam. I'm done just as fast as I got here is as fast as im leaving fully taken care of.. hands down always coming back here. It's extremely clean well maintained amazing staff. Amazing employees that make you feel good and help make a bad time turn into you leaving with a half smile cause your numbed up. But 100% communication skills are on point

This was my 1st time in office. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The office was very clean and staff professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr someone with years of experience which I and my husband grateful for. Looking forward to new relationships and business.

Staff is very friendly. Offices are neat and clean. Was not crowded. Felt each service was done efficiently and explained so that I could be knowledgeable of the procedures that were being done and those that need to be done for future appointments including a written active treatment plan. Smiles 4 life is so great with my children. I have three that are patients there and they actually look forward to going to see all the staff there. I was a little scared with COVID but they keep their entire establishment clean and sanitary. My kids love all the staff and I can't thank you enough for being so good with them. They are also very prompt when texting you about appointments and reminders. Definitely a five star rated dentistry in my book. Thank you all!!!

My 7 year old son was to have a cavity fiilled and he was so scared. Everyone was so patient with him. Told him everything they were going to do before and while doing it. He survived his filling with minimal tears!!
