Honestly dental visit went great. It's more a long the lines of horrible communication between patient's parents and them. My son originally had an appointment for 9 am. But then I get a call from them the day before his procedure saying oh ...

Honestly dental visit went great. It's more a long the lines of horrible communication between patient's parents and them. My son originally had an appointment for 9 am. But then I get a call from them the day before his procedure saying oh it changed to noon. Had to point out he's autistic and can't handle not eating by noon. But they were fine changing it to 1030. Please be better with communication.

Their care is great. Wait times are getting ridiculous. Last visit I waited 30 after appointment time to be taken back. Today's visit took us back 45 minutes after appointment time then we sat back there for another 45 minutes. They claim to have no staff but schedule so every chair in the back is full and only a couple of people working on patients. We left without treatment because I refuse to wait 2 hours for treatment when I schedule an appointment.

It was an interesting experience with my daughter coming to fix the cavity in her teeth, nurses were so friendly and when I later call about a concern after our visit, the lady that answer the call was so polite and careful in explaining the reason for my concern and that settled my worries.Thank you smile for life .

The dentist and dental hygienist were nice! The front staff was okay but the wait! Appointments mean nothing there. We waited an hour after our appointment time for my children to be seen, and it took all of 10 minutes. I'm not sure if I will bring my children back.

Stopped by January for my DD's first visit/establish care in new town. The facility is located inside the Morsetowne shopping center and was pretty easy to find with its colorful display. The chairs and decor inside are worn, but otherwise ok and the staff were friendly at the check-in desk. There's a mounted TV to entertain your kiddos while they wait in the lobby and several more in the office during the cleaning. I was impressed by their patience with their young patients. (I've been told in the past my kiddo might need to be sedated because of her fear of dentists + social anxiety, but she did really well - no tears or screaming- and even chatted with the hygienist.) See you in six months!

I took my 16 month old for her first appointment. The dentist and assistant were very pleasant. My only issue was that we had to wait about 50 minutes, even though we arrived on time.
