Dr. Mickelson was born in Logan, Utah and received his bachelors degree from BYU. He then went to dental school at Case Western University School of Dental Medicine. He got into dentistry because he loves helping people and the model for delivery of care in dentistry versus medicine. Dr. Mickelson loves working with kids and he considers himself a big kid. Outside of work, his hobbies include fly fishing, mountain biking, archery hunting, skiing, cooking his favorite meal and reading.
Dr. Jeffrey Wursten was born in Omaha, Nebraska and went to school at Case Western School of Dentistry. He got into childrens dentistry because he always had a good dental experience as a child with his childhood dentist and wanted to share that same experience with others. Dr. Wursten strives to provide an exceptional experience for the kiddos that come into his office. Outside of work, Dr. Jeffrey hobbies include spending time with his 5 children, hiking, running and fishing. He also enjoys doing construction and remodeling his home.

The Dentist treaded my Autistic 5 year old very badly. Even told her she was acting ridiculous because she was scared and crying. This man doesn't need to work with children period. I will be reporting him.

The dentist there is seriously so sincere. Not only did he do everything to help relieve my child's pain. but he was also very kind to me, who was in complete tears. I highly recommend, especially if you've ever been looked down at a dentist office. The dentist truly cares.

My children had the red carpet rolled out they were very comfortable and that's amazing for my youngest. Normally the other doctors come out aggressive and just want to get to the next child. But both kids had a smiling great doctor and assistance we're amazing

Took my son in for an emergency and the doctor quickly fixed problem on his tooth within 15mins and now my son is pain free. Highly recommend for any dental work or emergencies. Staff and doctor were so welcoming and helpful.

I've been taking my kids here since they've had teeth, so almost 10 yrs now. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always so nice and informative. They are really great working with kids. It's a very clean environment. The dentists are very knowledgeable and good at explaining dental hygiene to the kids!

Staff here are awesome as well as the dentist. My 5 year old daughter never likes to go to the doctors. They made her feel comfortable and we're very nice to us. She got her teeth worked on and didn't cry at all. I definitely recommend. I will continue to bring my kids here for their oral care. Thank you staff of Smiles 4 Kids. You all are awesome.
