This office lacks basic communication skills, professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It is shameful how they run their business and treat their patients. Rude to parents, bad with kids, they don't stay true to their word, they lack empathy. Our experience has been so bad, we're going to the top about it.

No one ever answers the phone. I can't even make an appointment for my daughter that has a dental emergency because a bunch of teenagers are running the front office. Very disappointing. I will be calling the BBB. Two days in a row and they can't take a call.

My wife and I had an appointment for our daughter today. When making the appointment, there was no mention of the confirmation/cancellation policy, and though we called from my wife's new number they never mentioned the policy or asked to confirm our phone number. When we showed up the receptionist said it was cancelled and gave no solutions other than to offer us another appointment over a month from our original.

My son has been going here since he was 2 and they treat him so good. Someone was teasing him about having to go to the dentist and he said "I love going to the dentist!". They know how to make it positive and take away any anxiety for young kiddos! They are always great! From check in to check out! Everyone knows their business very well!

I went to take my 2 kids to their appointment today and the receptionist told me that their appointment was "cancelled" when i never cancelled the appointment. She said that the office "accidentally" cancelled the wrong patients appointments. This doesnt make any sense to me. How can they make a mistake like this when you usually have to give out patients name, date of birth , etc. To be able to cancel an appointment. She was totally rude about it too. She had a stank face the whole time these people are so incompetant and rude. Im taking my kids elsewhere because this isnt the first time ive had a negative encounter with the people who work at the desk. They are totally underqualified for the simplest of jobs.

Avoid Avoid Avoid This is my second time when I make appointment for my kids they change the time and tell me that my appointment time is not yet I'm 100% sure I make my appointment 10:00 am because I took a day of so I could take my son there, but I go there and they told me your schedule is 1:30pm and they aslo said his dad is the one who maade appointment at 1:30pm even though my husband never make the appointment for them and never take the kids to doctor they already rude and racist even I tried to call them to confirm the appointment they asking me patient name before finished they are hangup my call Evan to makes them to understand I'm living so far but they don't care at all this is for reception people,

I took time off work today, To take my 3 children to there dentist appointment today. The receptionist was very rude to me and my children, My appointment was at 8:00am. I arrived at 8:01am. She refused to see my children because I was 1 minute late. There was a family that was 10 minutes late and the receptionist did not give them a problem. This is a case of discrimination, Because of the color of my skin. Very sad. I will never take my children there again, And I recommend that everyone stays away from this dentist office!!!

I love this place. Everyone is always very nice. The dentist (male) is always very kind. I can't think of his name but I know he has been there for a very long time, he is great with people and at his job. I also enjoy going because Stella the hygienist is always sure to come over and say hi and to ask how my son and I are doing. Though my son and I have never been her patient. We know her from coming in every 6 months. This experience makes me feel welcome and comfortable coming in. Thanks Smiles 4 Kids.

My daughter had her braces put on in late 2017 we moved to Calif. 4 yrs later the Ortho here in Calif wanted $4000 to take the braces off. So we called Smiles $ Kids asking them to remove the braces. We had no problems we paid nothing and was given a temp retainer for free. We paid nothing. I love everyone that works at Smiles 4 Kids. I almost forgot the lady that removed the braces is the same that put them on and she remembered my daughter. Thanks so much for everything!!

She was supposed to a deep cleaning but she literally took like 2 min to do that I been their patient for year but I don't recommend this place anymore they are really bad they always with their bad attitude. Worse for kids. They cleaning was really bad I feel like she didn't did anything they literally waste my time.
