Waste of time! I called and asked if they accept my insurance and they said yes, when I arrived they told me I'm sorry your insurance isn't accepted here. Again don't waste your time here!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr. Awad was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. She did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind.

On Friday I called and I needed an appointment on Monday and was told by the receptionist that she would call me back Monday at 8:30. She did and gave me a 10a appointment. They are so efficient and soooo pleasant.

This place is the most unprofessional dentist I've ever been too. They barely know how to use any equipment in there. I had wasted an extra hour because they didn't know how to control the x ray for the teeth. This is so embarrassing and unprofessional. This office shouldn't be open. They need to change their staff or have stricter restrictions on hiring people there! Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend going. Save your money!

Been coming here since covid for my kids. All the sudden, they told me u can't be with ur kid. We are implementing patient only policy. How can u let a dentist be with ur kid doing work without knowing what they are doing.. this is the worst place for such thing. Made an exception and told me next time I have to respect their policy.. I'm forsure finding new dentist to respect parents. One of the employees told me been with my kid against HIPPA.. seriously?? She doesn't even know what HIPPA is... I

Dr. Salam Awad is awesome. She's going to be my new dentist. Everyone was nice a very friendly. Had a cleaning done, the hygienist was quick and easy. The filling I had done was done very professionally and completely pain free. Came from Greater Expressions where it was a very corporate environment and always a new dentist. It's nice to have found a real dentist office.

Dr.Awad is an amazing dental professional, the entire staff at SmilePro are the best in the business. I'm always welcomed with a hello Tim and a smile, the ease and comfort I feel when in the chair is truly refreshing. I will be getting an implant soon, the attention to detail and placement is perfect

Alicia is the best oral hygienist, she's super sweet and understanding! Dr. Nasser (sp?), is also very kind. They both made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel bad for having some issues that need to be taken care of.

I can see why this place has an average of 4.9 stars. They were very honest, caring, informative while helping me with pros and cons of procedures, very patient, and I didnt have to wait awhile to be seen. I will definitely be back for future dental needs.

Had a great first experience with Smile Pro Dental today. Everything was organized and timely. My hygienist was wonderful and friendly. Everyone I met on staff that day were great.
