I have never dealt with this dental office nor will I ever again. The front clerk Kendra is extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked how long the wait would be she rolled her eyes and throw her head back like I was Inconveniencing her. I over looked this the first time but when she continued to be rude we just walked out. My child was coming in for an ortho consult and we more then likely would have used them for this. When your staff treats people Unprofessionally it causes your business to lose out on making revenue.

Been a patient for about 4 years and the doctor is wonderful! My only problem is the techs (I'm not sure what their called). I've been poked, my gums have been scraped and bled, and today was worst of all. I was getting my wires changed and was stabbed twice with the wire as the were putting them on. I told the lady it hurt so she switched to smaller cutters but the wire kept digging deeper and deeper into my cheek. I cried and could taste blood, it was just awful. I normally never write reviews but I think this should be brought to attention

I needed to have a permanent crown replaced as it kept came off 4 times in the past five years. I received the new crown within 2 weeks. The staff were all very helpful and did a great job! Thank you.

I've come to this office most of my life now, and I've never had one negative experience. My last major visit before this one, I was having my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Shah and Ms. Mary made my appointment an experience, as crazy as that may sound. Ms. Mary applied vaseline to my lips so they wouldn't dry out while I was having my procedure done, and Dr. Shah was the most patient individual ever. I was very scared to have that done, and they reassured me the entire time, and made sure I knew what to expect for the entire procedure before and as it happened. This last visit were two fillings and once again, even though it was something small, they made sure I'd be at ease the entire time and they genuinely showed care and concern throughout it all. Thank you both for being so amazing! You WILL be taken care of here, I promise.

Moe was absolutely AMAZING making my daughter feel comfortable and made sure she understood everything she needs to know about the hygiene and taking care of her braces!

Debbie was very gentle and nice. She made me lose all nervousness on putting on my braces. She made me feel at home and very comfortable. No pain and done in a very timely manner. Thank you Debbie!

I love ortho at Crosby Family Dental! I am making such progress in my Invisalign and it makes me feel much more confident about my teeth. Irvin and Tamara are the best assistants! Professional and super friendly :) I can't wait to see my final outcome.

( [SOS] Is fake post they got my email write down this post. I never post that's how I know(tm) I didn't even remember their name's omg lol because they did so bad i didn't came back to get know their name's FYI be careful w/these people) I putting one star because that'S NOT RIGHT OF THEM. The post I never posted the office did;;; Noone has ever taken the time to explain everything so we'll well as Maggie did, this manager went out of her way to accommodate me and my three little girls. She is the perfect example of customer satisfaction.

Fast forward to multiple Office Management changes and so much employee turnaround that we never know anyone in that office anymore let alone have a single competent person working there- no one ever knows what they're doing- they tell you it will take this long and it takes 3x longer, costs more including charging us for their covid PPE- 10/10 would NEVER recommend again. Review from 2016: If I could give Smilepoint 10 Stars, I would! The staff make it a place my son looks forward to going to. Deb, Moe, Dr E and the entire staff they've put together are incredible! Always friendly, they remember personal aspects of not only my son's life, but mine as well- making it clear to us that we aren't just patients to them, we're family. I love that they work with us on the finances (Maggie is amazing) and make the whole process as pain free as possible. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
