Went for a cleaning and once I was called back a young lady by the name of Demi made my experience much more pleasant. She made sure that I had my shades on and kept it clean. Demi's attitude came across as very positive and it's nice to see that in a place of business.

My routine cleaning visit at SMILEPOINT DENTAL in Elgin, Texas, was done by Miss Abby Nava. She did her job well. Abby got the job done and we were able to make small talk.Being a new tech I give her TWO THUMBS UP and would refer any to her chair. I would have to say they are more then 5 stars.i went in to inquire about dental work,and they were ready to do it that day..I in fact made appointment and the staff was awesome..They called the following day to check on me to see if everything was ok..

I had a tooth extraction and this was my first visit. The staff and dentist, Dr. Song was very nice and professional. He explained everything he needed to do in order to get my tooth pulled. From the time I entered the facilities until leaving, I was so impressed with all the staff. So friendly and concerned. Thank you Smile point Dental. I am so glad to know you are located here in Elgin.
