on 10/24 I was quoted $867.00 per the Proposed Treatment Plan for some dental work out of pocket and w/ insurance. At that time I did not have that kind of money. I needed to have 3 teeth pulled (2 wisdom and one molar) along with some fillings that had worn out. For just the extractions it would be $380, I decided I would get the broken tooth pulled first (which I was quoted $100 when I called to schedule my appt for today) then worry about the wisdoms later on. Flash forward to today, I went in and asked if I could go ahead and do all 3 teeth instead of just the one. I was told yes, and that it would be the quoted price of $380, I said fine and I paid. My appt was for 2, I arrived at 1:45, I didnt get to the back to a room until almost 3, did not get the numbing shots till almost 4pm. After getting my mouth shot up, I waited another 20 mins for the Dentist to come in. He leans over and says ok "we're pulling one tooth?" His assistant and I both looked at him like uhh noooo, I said, for $380 it should be all three. Thats what I paid for. He leaves out of the room and a few minutes later the lady who did my original quote comes in and says "oh, the price is actually going to change, we'll have to charge more" Mind you I'm already looking up at the roach infested ceiling lights (like who wants to look at that while someone is in their mouth). THEY SHOULD HAVE GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! You dont come in a room where someone has already been dosed up with numbing shots and say oh there was a "human error, you'll have to pay more", no ma'am becuase you should know the difference between a molar and a wisdom tooth, and which code belongs to which tooth. At that point I felt the were fishing for money and told the woman just that. She got upset, which I dont care. I just decided to request a refund and leave, I'm not gonna leave my care in the hands of people who can't be bothered to get pricing right .Its just really unprofessional to me. She young black lady who does the pricing had the nerve to be in the office gossiping about the situation,. I politely told her to give me my money back! This place is disgusting and this is not the first time they've started worked then started asking for more money! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!AND ROACHES ALL ON THE CEILING

Sam made our experience very fast and easy. Highly recommend!! Noone wants to be at the dentist but they made it easier on me forsure.

Do not go here. They called me three times to reschedule and on that third time when I was already at almost there, they called me to cancel my appointment because he or she couldn't make it in???? Mind you I have to drive over an hour. I don't blame the ladies at the front desk but the Dentist Dr is UNRELIABLE. I do not recommend this dental

My child had dental work today and everything went really good. She came out smiling and said she loved her dentist who was very caring and attentive. Overall experience was phenomenal.

Kylah helped us when we brought in our three kiddos, two are on the spectrum. My youngest has never had a successful dental X-ray or cleaning. She was able to get X-rays on all three. They are amazing.

They get 5 stars!! Because when other places turned me down, they accepted my kids insurance! They took care of my kids all around the same time on their first visit ages 13, 12 and 1. My oldest needed extra work on her teeth, went in 2 days after her first visit. They went above and beyond for my big baby! She was so nervous and had alil anxiety but the staff kept her comfortable for the hole procedure. Thank you smilepoint!

I absolutely love how the dentists and staff makes my children comfortable and relaxed at THIS LOCATION. They are helpful and patient and you can tell they love what they do. I have two boys 5 and 2 this will be their permanent place forever. Kylah, Kara and Dr.O did amazing with my oldest son and they had fun! I will be having my youngest here permanently as well!

Amazing staff, front desk ladies are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful explaining procedure and costs. The dental assistant Sam was AMAZING; she made sure I was comfortable and explained the process when I asked what was being done throughout the procedure. Dr. Camdi (?) I hope that is correct, was an amazing dentist as well. He did my root canal and I didn't feel a thing, and didn't even know he had finished until they had told me. Wonderful office and staff, now I just wish I had dental insurance to better afford dentist visits, etc.
