Im so blessed to have found SmileOne Dentistry by Design. Dr. Sayoc and his entire crew are phenomenal. They took care of me and with any of my tooth issue. They will always serve you with a smile and make sure youll have a great smile. Carol and sonia are even helped me setup an appointment for my root canal and extraction with other dentist to ensure my tooth are taken care. 5 out of 5 star rating.

I love Dr. Sayoc and Dr. Claire and their staff! They are father and daughter dentists. I always feels so comfortable in the chair. They are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I always feel leaving amazing! I recommend this office to all my friends looking for a dentist. Thank you for keeping my teeth beautiful!

I've been coming here for over two years and I have been taken care of very well. Doctor Claire and her staff make me feel very comfortable every time. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist

I was referred to Dr Sayoc after having an implant replaced. I received a new upper denture. Dr Sayoc and staff are amazing. They were extremely professional and made this process so easy. I am more than happy with the service I received. I met his daughter who is also a doctor. She is just as amazing as her father. I will keep coming back.

Dr Sayoc office has given me a completely different outlook when it comes to going to the dentist" the staff is very kind, and his team is Awesome. Dr Sayoc listens exceptionally well, and the work he does is Amazing. If your one of those Patients that's extremely fearful" I must say" I'm looking forward to my next treatment.

Dr. Sayoc and his staff are the best! His daughter, Dr. Claire, works with him as well and they're both so kind and welcoming. The front desk ladies are so helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. They make sure I know my treatment plan before beginning any treatment, which I appreciate. Dr. Sayoc made my dentures which I love! They fit so well and I'm so happy with them. He pays attention to the details and made sure I was happy with the way my dentures fit and look. I'm so happy! I've always been so nervous coming to the dentist but Dr. Sayoc makes it easy coming to my appointments. His dental knowledge and expertise is clear in the way he takes care of his patients and takes pride in the work he does. Thank you Dr. Sayoc and staff!

I spent well over $10,000 in dental work here in 2019. I received several calls from them to schedule cleanings just after Covid lockdown. I didn't have dental coverage at the time so declined making appointments. I now have Medicare (65) with an advantage plan for dental. I called to confirm they accepted my plan and told I would receive a call back. I did, from Caroline the office manager. She said that they would need X-rays because of the total of $35000 I had paid over 2 years in implants and crowns. Fine, I needed a cleaning and thought this made sense. I went in on 3/4. X-rays done and a new plan for removal of an old crown and replacement. Of course, not covered. I declined and just wanted a cleaning "Well, we only do cleanings on Fridays". But, oh, by the way, you have a balance due of $241 from 2019!!!! Now, today, I received correspondence from my Advantage plan that I owe another $100 bc the X-rays they did WERE NOT COVERED UNDER MY PLAN!!! Not once, check-in, waiting, or checking out was this ever mentioned! I would deduct stars if possible. NEVER GO HERE! Did not mention that one of the $2000 crowns does not fit right and always needs additional flossing. They never did anything about that, just charged more money. Before now, I had recommended the to my sister, but that has so changed!

I have had most of my molars worked on here, with a lot of fillings and also one crown installation. Dr. Sayoc and all staff in the practice are awesome. Pricing was very fair, especially compared to big brand dental practices like Aspen Dental. The doctor and dental assistant work super well together and you can tell the years of experience they have doing what they do. It's a very relaxed and chill environment, which helped me feel comfortable. You will be well taken care of here!

The doctor is very rude. Asked extremely basic questions in regards to my Mother's care and was told I was "wasting his office staff's time". My Mother didn't understand what was being done to her, and I called and asked his staff very politely what procedures were being performed and when.The doctor himself scolded my Mother for not understanding and asking me to call. Also witnessed the doctor yell at this landscaper while we were there, which was awkward and unprofessional.

My experience with this entire (Atlantic blvd ) practice has been beyond amazing . I've laughed and conversed with every staff member from the front desk / billing/ assistant to the Dentist and his daughter (who did amazing with my cleaning) . Even with my appointment reminder calls I speak with the lovely ladies at the front desk as though they're long time friends. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed . Everyone there is always in a good mood . Dr.Sayoc sets the tone of things. If he's not telling jokes then he's telling a story about his babies (aka plants) That man has an authentic passion for gardening . lol he has shown me plants he's so proud of in his phones gallery . each one beautiful by the way! He's genuine and caring with every dental procedure . I'm 34 and have never experienced a Dentist that' makes the most daunting procedures so smooth and easy. His assistant has the most pleasant humming as she preps me for procedures. positive energy throughout every part of the office! . There's never been a time I didn't have a visit where i didn't smile before leaving. I'm not big on leaving reviews unless something is extraordinary (good or bad) about a business. I've been a patient there for two years and leaving this review is long over due . Keep thriving smile one dentistry I am forever grateful for each and every one of you!
