Dr. Fredrick Farahi has served the McLean, VA community for over 28 years. Voted the Top Dentist in the McLean area, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University in 1990. He then continued his studies at the Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies. Dr. Farahi has specialized in reconstructive dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, and implant dentistry to provide his patients with quality-assured care. Because of his passion, he was selected as Americas Top Dentist by the Consumer Research Council of America, and he was voted Top Dentist in McLean by Washingtonian, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Virginia magazine from 2003 to the present day. Today, he remains an active community member with his wife and partner, Dr. Etessam.
Dr. Fredrick Farahi, a native of Northern Virginia, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in Washington D.C. in 1990. Since then, Dr. Farahis continuing education has ventured him toward more challenging areas of Dentistry, including Cosmetic Dentistry, Reconstructive Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Farahi is passionate about keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry.
He has continued his passion for dentistry through the prestigious post graduate institution, The Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for advanced dental studies in Neuromuscular Dentistry and aesthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Farahi was voted Top Dentist in McLean by Washingtonian, Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia magazine from 2003 to present. He was selected by Consumer Research Council of America as one of Americas Top Dentists. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Farahi is married to Dr. Etessam, who is a Pediatric Dentist, and they have four children. They especially enjoy providing pediatric services to their community.

Dr Farahi and his staff are the best in the area and very professional. He's my dentist for almost 25 years, even when I moved further away. He takes his time when explaining procedures and makes sure you are OK! The office is very clean and we missed him when he was away for a while but super happy when he opened up again. I recommend him to everybody who needs a very good dentist!

I brought my son to this practice for his first dental appointment at age 3. It wasn't long before I switched to this practice even though my dentist at the time was close to my work. I have had both regular cleanings and some major reconstructive work here. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Etessam, Dr. Farahi, and their staff.

Being a patient of Dr. Farahi over the past 20 years has been an absolute joy! He's so personable and takes the time to actually get to know his patients. The facility is always clean and the staff are incredibly sweet! I can truly say that I love this place and would recommend it to anyone in need of an amazing dentist!!

The dental equipment is updated regularly for a modern and painless dental experience. The office is bright and clean, and each chair has a window view. Highly Recommended.

Dr. Farahi, One of the most talented and compassionate doctors I've ever met. I have visited many dental offices and never experienced exceptional service from everyone who works in the office. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Farahi takes you through every step of the procedure, his work is outstanding. If you need a dentist office then this is the place.
