Thank you Dr. Austin Baker for fitting me in your busy schedule while I was on vacation in your area to fix my toothache that was caused by an infection under my cap and causing me so much pain. I appreciated the call from you the next day to be sure I was doing ok. It's been great to not have this problem anymore! I would recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a good total package in dental care. The staff and doctors were friendly and helpful with any questions I had and gave me the care I appreciate!!

Dr Baker was calm and reassuring when my young daughter's gums started bleeding after she fell and hit her mouth hard. He was friendly and professional as he gave me a sound analysis of her situation, with things to look for over the next few weeks to determine if her teeth had suffered major trauma. It was just as he had told me it would be - he has my total trust now!

I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I don't have the best teeth or gums and everyone who has worked with me has been very gentle and understanding. I never felt any pain or judgment from any of the employees which seems hard to find nowadays. I've never felt nervous to go back and I would recommend SmileMakers to anybody!

The staff is always friendly and Dr. Paul is SO knowledgeable. No other doctor in the state has the background and training like him. The more complex your case is the more you will want him to handle it.

I have loved how friendly the staff is at smile makers, and how thorough the hygienist is while still being gentle. You know that moment right before they numb you? Butterflies in the tummy, squeezing the eyes shut, white knuckle hold on the chair while you open your mouth as wide as you can...ya, it was all going on when Dr Romriell suddenly said "ok, let's give that a few minutes to get numb". What?!? I literally felt NOTHING, Not even a pinch!! He is so incredible at his job and I promise you won't find a more qualified dentist in southern Idaho.

Best dentist ever for my people who fear going to the dentist! Staff does a great job too. So excited to get be getting a sleep appliance so I can sleep better at night and not have to get a cpap machine.

Super friendly staff! I have always had positive experiences with them despite having a great fear of the dentist office. Having the choice of nitrous to help handle the nerves is amazingly comforting! They have also gone above and beyond to keep all options of treatment within my budget.

My husband was prepped for a crown on a Thursday. Ended up in the ER and admitted to the hospital to drain a submandibular abscess on Monday. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever and it cost us lost wages, hospital and Dr. bills

SmileMakers is a wonderful dental company. They are friendly and professional and do amazing work. They are also extremely flexible at getting you in when you have an emergency or need to reschedule an appointment. They have been my dental choice for at least 20 years.
