I have been going to smileline for some a few years now, they have always taken care of my needs and the staff is amazing. Always friendly the doctors care about doing a good job.

I like this place. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I was late because I followed incorrect directions but they said no problem. The staff checked on me several times while I waited when the dentist was busy with another patient. The dentist was straightforward and I feel he provided a good and honest evaluation of my situation. I plan to definitely visit them in the future with my dental needs.

I would definitely recommend this dental office. I recently had some work done and I was very pleased with the job that was done I Loved it. My whole experience was great. I had read the reviews before coming and I almost didn't , but after my experience I was glad I didn't choose to go elsewhere. THANKS DR. SHAIK

If you are thinking of going here runnnnnnn. The front staff is is very rude and their fillings work is not great. If you let them do fillings on your teeth you will be in more pain after then before you went. They also over charge you and come up with more out of pocket money once you insurance company has paid for the work that they billed your for. If you do decide to go here get all pricing up front and keep all receipts. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had and I will never go back, ever!!!!

I have been coming here about 6 months. Every time I have been here it's been a great experience. Dr. Shaik is an amazing doctor! He explains everything and he is very gentle. Ms. Michelle in the front office is awesome! I absolutely love her! Today I witnessed first hand what a kind heart she has. She walked an older gentleman probably in his 80s or 90s to his car! That is going above and beyond the call of duty in my book because she didnt have to do this. Anyone that has a negative comment about Ms. Michelle maybe you should check yourself first

I came here because of a reference and I am so glad I did. Dr. Shaik was very considerate of my needs and talked through several options before doing any procedure. The staff, from the from desk to the dental assistants were very polite and courteous. My entire experience here was outstanding!!! I would certainly recommend Smileline.

The front office staff is exceptionally rude. I made an appointment months ago for my husband and my daughters. The lady who took my appointments seemed nice and personable so I expected that this might be a good office to go to because we all know first impressions can make or break you. Yesterday, I receive a confirmation for my husband and youngest daughter and I assured they would be there but had to reschedule my oldest due to her work schedule. Which I did while I was on the phone with this lady. I had two interactions with no mention of insurance. Today, 3/30/21, the day of my husband and daughter's appointment, I get another phone call from Smileline's office staff wanting to verify my insurance. Apparently my husband isn't on their "list". It's a DMO plan. So I scrambled to log onto the website to look up his insurance ID cards and he's assigned to another office. Now, I can accept my blunder, and i'll discuss this later. So this woman says I'll need to contact the insurance company and then reschedule. She also said the schedules are now starting in June. I asked how much it would cost out of pocket and she said $200 per person and I don't have $400 just casually hanging out in my pocket. So I sighed and said, "okay" and hung up the phone and called our insurance, changed the office assigned to Smileline, and called the dental office back to reachedule. I spoke to another woman this time, this woman was absolutely RUDE. She told me that it takes time for the "list" to update peoples names and she can't schedule me until I'm on it. To which I replied, well if the appointments are being scheduled for June now then everything will be updated a d good to go by then. To which she said, "Well, I can't schedule you because of that because its the rules." To which I replied, "Well then why was I originally scheduled if that was the case and furthermore why didn't anyone call beforehand to confirm my insurance, not the day of the appointment. Help me make sense of it." To which she replied, "Lady, I can't tell you why other people did what they did, but I can't schedule you until they're on the list." I told her that makes no sense and she needed to make an exception or let me speak to someone who can. To which she laughed and told me there wasn't anyone in the office who could. At this point I'm getting angry because her attitude was off the charts and a I'm becoming inconvenienced so I started raising my voice and she hung up on me. I called back, called her a few adjectives. She laughed and hung up on me again. I waited, called back, spoke to another woman and canceled my other appointment. I told her I would not give my business to a company who has rude and unhelpful staff like her co-workers. I asked if there was an office manager and this lady told me there currently was not an office manager but she would take care of the cancelation. Now I can take responsibility for my failure here, but I have never dealt with an HMO or DMO and I was never informed of a default office election from the insurance company. I should have been more proactive and despite being inconvenienced, I changed things over and tried to get my family put in for a later date. To have 2 instances the original appointment and the first reschedule for my oldest daughter, no one said anything. Then to know I've been inconvenienced and refuse to help and respond in as unprofessional of a manner as the rude woman. She absolutely deserved being told off. So this office has lost my business indefintely.

Dentist office is always scary for anyone but here everyone in the office give you the feeling of being home. They take good care and make sure you're comfortable. I'm so happy that I found this place. Dr. Baig is a real Proffesional he made me smile confidently working his magic. Affordable fees, high quality cosmetics materials, great experience. I highly recommend this place.

THE WORST DOCTOR'S/DENTIST'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Every staff member was unprofessional, rude, and not cleanly. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE IS SOMETHING SHADY ABOUT THIS PRACTICE.

I was lucky to find this dentist! It is a small practice with only a handful of hardworking receptionists, so if you have just a little bit of patience it's perfectly fine. I was penciled in last minute for a new patient exam, and subsequent filling and cleaning appointments. The wait time was <5 minutes. My dental hygienist, Gary, was personable and explained everything clearly. Both Dr. Shaik and the hygienist, Pam, were so kind and caring and made my filling appointment virtually painless. If you have any dentist anxiety I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been going to Smileline Dental for years and have had a great experience, with the front desk staff, the hygienist- Ms. Jackie, and Especially with Dr. Shaik. He has been the best dentist I seen since moving to Tallahassee. I would truly recommend this place for your dentist needs.

I have been going to Smileline Dental for a year now and I will say the dentist there is very good when it comes to assisting patientswith their dental needs. I will say for Ms. Michele Giddens to be the office manager she is very rude and unprofessional isn't even the word to describe her character in the office setting especially being in the front. She has demeaning encounters which is not conducive to a stable environment and the experience is teetering hostile.

Don't get me started on the office manager! Rude, massive 'rude, dismissive, will NEVER call back, doesn't exhibit any empathy if patient is in pain, gets annoyed if you inquire "are we there yet?" after 2 hours of waiting for your scheduled appointment. The Dentist would come to exam you with someone else's splatters all over his face shield (GROSS any day, but this was also DURING THE PANDEMIC!!!) Our dental hygienist has been great though. Still - Run!!!!
