I have been bringing my 3 kids hear for years and I love it so do they, I recommend for other to come to this place if looking for a dentist for your kids. The only sad part is that parents aint allowed in back when child gets a fill or crown.

My son was tied to a chair to get treatment done and supposedly everything was good until his gum got swollen and I decided to go to another dentist they got x rays and the spacer was never placed in good position :( If your child needs work done and you don't want them to get tied to a chair there are facilities here in Bakersfield were they do the work under anesthesia:) highly recommended I don't want my child traumatized for the rest of his life !

I took my 2 year old toddler here for his first ever visit to the dentist and I regret it because now he is horrified of the dentist. Waited two hours to go back, when we did go back it was a giant room filled with chairs and kids getting there teeth worked on. No separate rooms. Staff or dentist did not acknowledge it was my sons first time and he was scared didn't try talking to him, comforting him nothing. Lol just told me too hold his arms and feet and sit with him while we exam his teeth. Horrible no compassion. Would not trust them with any children!

I brought my 3 children in, Ranjit did so Good with them during their cleaning especially with the one that had anxiety when it came to the Dentist. Clean place, and the wait wasn't long at all.

I had an appointment at 10 o'clock and it took two hours for them to call me in but if you're late for 10 minutes then we schedule that's not right I will let you know where I can make a complaint

Definitely not coming here ever again. This was my sons first dentist appointment and picked this place because it's by our house and had good reviews. Got there at the time our appointment was scheduled for and we waited for almost 45 min until I went up to the front desk and said something. They asked if I signed in on the sheet and I said no what sheet? When we got there one lady asked his name and then she told us to go sit down thinking she checked my son in. So after waiting 45 min I was handed paperwork to fill out. Could've filled it out while we were waiting. They could see my son and I waiting there for a long time and nobody made the effort to make sure we were checked in. Completely unprofessional. As we got taken back we took x rays and my son let her do them just fine. Then doctor comes to tell us that they weren't able to get x rays of his back teeth so they were not able to get a diagnosis if he has cavities or not. Told us to come back in 6 months and try again. I don't understand why she couldn't have gotten x rays of the back teeth if my son was being completely still and cooperating. Literally the biggest waste of my time.

All the employees are ALWAYS on their personal cell phones, having inappropriate and personal conversations infront of patients something needs to be done about this. Lack of professional experience

Best dentist ever! This facility is always clean, the wait is never long, and it's so colorful and fun. The staff is so sweet and patient with my child. I love this place and I recommend it every time.

Amazing staff and Drs. Made my kids feel safe. They made up a game with my daughter so she would not be scared and she absolutely loved it. My son who is autistic loves going to see dr Roa he said she makes he feel loved.
