If I could give 0 I would. My appt was for 3pm The dentist came in at 3:15 my son refused to open his open so that she could put the gel inside. But all she spend with him was like 7 minutes. And then after a while she told the assistant tell her that he needs to be rescheduled because its 3:30 already.I can't believe this! How you have a license of pediatric dentist and you are not even patient. When you have kids around 7 yrs you should know they feel anxious and scared.

My daughter has been having issues with a chipped tooth for the past 6 months! The doctor is one in a million his assistants are great but there seems to be an overbooking problem and very disorganized system at the front desk. Some of the front desk personnel are always on the phone, they asked for patients to wear a mask but yet they don't wear theirs. I have witnessed at least 5 people getting very aggravated because of the poor customer service and scheduling issues. My daughter was sent home after she was told she was going to be seen by the doctor. Now we are at the ER, she has not been able to sleep for the past 3 nights her face is swollen, her jaw and ear hurts. After this we are looking for a new provider.

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER. Reschedule after reschedule. "We're sorry, the person working today is sick and your appt is rescheduled for next month." Nevermind this is urgent and needs to be worked on. No reparations or care. They will reschedule you for no reason and use the fact that they're the only office that takes govt assistance insurance in the area. This is blatant disrespect and mistreatment of doctor patient relationship. Will be reporting to the BBB. Edit 10/22: You've checked on zero details because I didn't state the patients name. Don't lie because it's convenient for you. Cookie cutter response proves my point exactly. All you care about is saving face. It's obvious to anyone with eyes that you care about money above patients health.

If I could negative rate this place I would, either the people earring 5 just got lucky or are full of it!!!! My first experience with the office was great, dentist was nice and made me feel comfortable. I needed my wisdom teeth out and that's when Covid hit and it has been all down hill since then. I called for days asking if my appointment for surgery would be rescheduled due to Covid and all I continued to be told is we're not sure. I explained to them I needed to know because I didn't always have someone available to bring me. They called me less than 24hours before hand to tell me it was canceled and they couldn't reschedule then. They waited so long that I needed to be seen again before the surgery. Fast forward two years later I tried making an appointment for me and my daughter. All I can say is it is a nightmare to make an appointment for myself. I finally had my 2nd appointment and it was a weird and extremely uncomfortable experience. Sat in the waiting room for 45 mins, when taken back the hygienist doesn't even tell me her name and took almost and hour to do a few xrays. Seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. After that I waited for another 30 mins for the dentist to come in. The dentist doesn't even tell me his name and barely even talk to me. He aggressively cleans my teeth and booked it out of the room. I have never had a cleaning that rough before. He said something to the hygienist but didn't address any concerns I had about my broken tooth or regarding the adult tooth that is stuck above the broken tooth, wisdom teeth, or if the two cavities that I did have the last time I was there. Unprofessional as hell. I continue to try to make an appointment for my daughter and they transfer me to pediatric side. No one and I mean no one answers the phone over there and or calls back after leaving a voicemail. The office manager does absolutely nothing when it comes to explaining the situation to her that I can't get a hold of them. We are going on almost 5 months of trying to get ahold of pediatric side to make an appointment for my daughter. This is insane. Does anyone even work over there! I think I will be calling the better business bureau and finding a lawyer.

I am very happy with the fill-in work done by Joie. She takes the time to go over all the details and explain things in easy to understand terms. She is also very careful and diligent. She answered all of my questions and she is very pleasant.

The worst place i could imagine. This establishment has no sense of planning/scheduling. They will continously cancel your appointments and push them off the day of. So you waste your time going there and waste your time from work. Aside from that the staff is the most ignorant and condescending group of employees. No one in this establishment should have a job where they work with people.I would highly recommend going somewhere else even if your insurance is accepted here.

If negative 1,2,3,4 could have been a rating,I would score -5. This dental office services isn't suitable for people. Being fit for dentures, how about Dr rushing nip my lip putting full dentures in. Next appointment dentures was sent to the wrong place, wasnt fix. Next appointment someone else dentures was in mines (I told them I have partial bottoms, not full bottom dentures! Everything is rush. But quick fast for money. Nevertheless when unprofessional receptionist calls to confirm the appointment, you would think it's a party in the background. They're talking amongst each other being loud as you are answering " their call to you"! WHO DOES THAT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! A big difference from my visit 8years ago. Dentures doesn't fit correctly after almost 4 months of back and forth appointments, because of this chaotic dental office.

Our first visit to the office ever. The hygenist Rafael and what I assume was Shah was very polite, patient and kind to my child with special needs. Their gentleness really helped my child settle down for his routine check up. Great singing voice as well. Thank you so much for your care we will be coming back.

Always get a call center when I call. Found a better orthodontist that actually has an office that answers the phone. Canceled my daughters appt to get braces through this company and asked for a refund on the deposit I made. A month later, no refund but they did run my daughters insurance (again) to see if they would approve braces without my consent. Smh. Watch out for these crooks. ADDITIONAL since i can not write another review... I was asked to email with more details. I did the same day i was asked which was three days ago. Still have not heard anything.

I've been going back-and-forth to the dentist for six months trying to get my work done oral surgery the same dentist and my consultation that told me I could take a certain medication before my surgery, which I didn't take, but it sucked on an ice cube at 4 AM at work and got refused my surgery. It's a big runaround

The whole experience beginning to end was very pleasant and professional. For someone who has a fear of dental procedures, the entire staff made sure I was comfortable and calm from the start by being greeted by friendly the receptionists who checked me in all the way to the dental assistants checking on me every step of the way and the doctor explaining every step to me and reassuring me throughout the session. Joie went above and beyond for me by taking care of a stain on a previous filling on my front tooth that made me self conscious about my smile, something I wasn't even scheduled for that day. Yet, she took the time out of her own personal day by staying late to give me a beautiful smile I can be proud to show and helped give me some of my self confidence back. Thank you so much Joie and everyone at SmileKrafters for giving me back the ability to smile without shame.
