After graduation, she practiced and taught dentistry in Dalian Medical University for almost nine years in total. His expertise is conventional periodontal surgeries, esthetic root coverage procedures, immediate implant placement, jawbone regeneration, and sinus augmentation.

He currently lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and daughter. He likes to run and swim; in fact, he just completed a half-marathon (Dexter-Ann Arbor run) in 2017. He also likes to camp and travel around Michigan during summer time with family and snow skiing in the winter.

Tami has worked in dentistry since she was a sophomore in high school. She started working at the front desk and as a dental assistant. She loved helping people feel better about themselves by improving the look and feel of their teeth.

Tami was born and raised in Brighton, Michigan. Tami graduated from Brighton High School & received her degree in dental hygiene from the West Liberty University in West Liberty, West Virginia. She has furthered her career by becoming certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. When not working, Tami enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, walking, gardening, scrapbooking, and shopping.

Cecily began working at the front desk of this office in 2000. Despite of little experience with computers, she soon learned and became our office's expert on the dental software applications. Twelve years later, she still enjoys her job, a majority of which consists of processing the billing and insurance paperwork for her patients.

Outside of the office, Cecily is a wife to a wonderful husband and a mother of two grown children. She enjoys playing the piano, cross-stitching, reading and translating Christian books from English to Mandarin for a Taiwanese publishing company.

Dawn has been working in the dental field since she was 17 years of age and has enjoyed working as a dental assistant for nearly 18 years. She became licensed in dental radiography at age 19. At age 20, she signed up and became an annual volunteer for the Seal the State Program in North Carolina, in which she provided sealants and other dental services independently for the under-served children. She then advanced her skills such as the temporary crown making, impression making, and orthodontic assisting, by attending many hands-on trainings. Dawn is quite happy with her choice of profession, which explains her passion to always strive to meet the patients needs and the quality standards to the best of her ability.

Dawn is a caring and nurturing person by nature with strong family values. She is a proud mother of two, whom she often says she is willing to do anything for. Her leisure activities include cooking, gardening, reading, creative writing and doing activities with her children.

Dynalle has 11 years of experience as a dental assistant. She is a good thinker and quick leaner. All her dental educations came from the job trainings. Dynalle had the opportunity to work for the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. There she advanced her skills and received CPR license and radiography certificate. She is also very personable with her patients and strives to give them a enjoyable dental experience.

Dynalle is very family oriented. Her daughters are the center of her world. Breanna (aka Bre Bre) is 13. Desarae (aka Rae Rae) is 12. Their two favorite things to do together are curling up on the couch for movie nights and thrift store shopping. Dynalle loves buying old unusable pieces and give them new lives, by either painting, staining or redesigning it all together.

Juanna is the most cheerful soul in the office. She has been in this delightful office for seven years, first with Dr. Wong, now with Dr. Guo. She has discovered that her job at this office has been very joyful because of the beautiful smiles of her patients, the wonderful guidance of the doctors and the lovely demeanor of her coworkers. She has found it to be her passion to serve her patients with kindness and believes that one is never too old to learn new things or discover new interests.

Juanna is not only a dental assistant but has been serving as the pastors wife at a local Chinese church. She shares her time between her faith and work, and does her best to share Gods love with everyone. She is the proud wife of a handsome and eternally young husband, the mother of two lovely daughters, and a handsome young grandson. (She hasnt decided which one is more handsome yet.)

My teeth have been treated by Dr. Michelle Gou many times this year. To choose her as my dentist is one of the wisest decisions I have made in my 84 years' life. Her adept skill, whole-hearted dedication to her profession and true devotion to her patients impress me deeply. I feel at home and fear-free at her clinic because she is nice, kind and gentle. One day I had a toothache and suffered from severe pain. I sent her a message and she immediately asked for a pre-authorization approval from my health plan and the next day she arranged an emergent appointment to treat my troubling tooth. I felt to be reborn after her treatment. In a dental clinic, my only fear is the anesthetic shots. But I didn't feel any pain from her shots. It is amazing. On May 23 after several complicated preparation treatments, she put a bridge in my gum .It fit wonderfully, If I had met her a year earlier, she would have saved one of my remaining teeth. For some reason I felt uneasy about taking my husband to her clinic. I wrote her a message and she quickly erased my worry and welcomed him to her clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Guo to those who will read my comments. She is one you can trust. I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks to our her assistants Kimberly. She has been with me almost at every one of my appointment. Thanks Dr. Guo again for your good service! Chai

I don't really appreciate Dr Guo accelerated the orthodontic treatment in the later stage. I am OK with continuing the treatment after I relocate, but she seems really wanted to finish the treatment before I leave. She always seems in a rush. Now there are black triangles in my lower front teeth. Update: The black triangle issue was somewhat relieved after using the traditional retainer. However, another thing really annoys me recently is that I found a large part of one of my molar's enamel was removed due to a very unprofessional new assistant who once worked there. She removed a large part of one of my molar's enamel, when she was trying to clean up the glue and reapply the bracket. At that time, I felt very uncomfortable and felt like she was doing something damaging. I asked her to stop, but she told me that the tool she used won't hurt my teeth. At that time, I felt the shape of my molar has changed, but she told me that my molar on this side is just smaller than the one on the other side. Now I see my teeth model, and the shape of that molar is obviously different from the other 3 molars. The outside part was clearly ground off (from a full curvy shape to a flat shape. I found my earlier pictures of this molar, and can tell for sure). This new assistant was only in the office for about a month and then left (probably got fired due to such kind of things). This event could have been avoided. I wish I should have asked Dr Guo to take a look at that time, but she was very busy. I was just unlucky I guess. The original assistant came back after the new assistant left. I don't know why the original assistant wanted to leave at first, but I could tell the relationship between the original assistant and Dr Guo was not good at all. The management of this dental office was problematic. I hope Dr Guo be more relaxed and don't try to do too many things at a time. You will be happier, and patients will be happier too.

Great experience with Dr. Guo and her professional team. My 20-year-old front tooth crown cracked during the pandemic and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to replace it. The dental office was immaculate and COVID-19 protocols including patient history and temperature check as well as PPE for staffs were strictly followed and enforced to insure a safe experience for all. Dr. Guo explained the whole process and answered all my questions patiently. She carefully removed my old cracked crown without damaging other adjacent teeth and perfectly chose the new crown color to match with other front teeth. Two weeks later, my new crown came back from the lab and Dr. Guo made any necessary changes till she knew it's 100% fit before installing it. I had a beautiful smile again with a natural look and functional front teeth. Thanks for Dr. Guo and her professional team made this whole process very wonderful for me!

Dr. Gio and team are comprehensive and diverse. I had two cleanings and some composite fillings which were performed with quality and care. Her team is thorough, efficient, and best of all multilingual.

I've been going to Dr. Guo for many years now. She has helped my family and friends from teeth cleaning, to fillings and root canal. She moves quickly to stay on schedule but continues to do quality work.
