I originally really liked this dental office but I had a bad experience recently. My mom is a dental hygienist so I've had dental work done on me majority of my life. I've never experienced pain/discomfort until just some days ago. The doctor who performed the work on me was not gentle at all. Anesthesia is supposed to be applied gently and slowly yet he basically jabbed the needle in and started to work on my tooth fairly quick afterwards before the anesthesia was in full effect. I expressed my pain and he added another round, again really roughly. My tooth was still not fully numb and went to work on it and basically told me to tolerate the pain so he could finish up. My mouth was so sore the next day, something that I've never experienced with fillings before. My mom suggested I go to urgent care per her expertise, and assured me he did not do a good job as I shouldn't be in pain for days after the work had been done.

I love how it's always nice and clean, all the staff are friendly and they answer all my questions. Love how it's all colorful and they are able to entertain my son while they do their work. Absolutely I will bring my daughter when she's in the age of needing a dentist. I would really recommend Smile Dental
