Andrew Miller, DDS hails from a large family in the Midwest. After finishing an undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Nebraska, he attended the Medical Center's College of Dentistry and received his doctorate of Dental Surgery.
For three years, he worked in a cosmetic practice with an emphasis on full mouth rehabilitation in Littleton, CO. In 2003 he transitioned to SmileCOS Dentistry in Colorado Springs to work in a family practice that emphasized Orthodontics and TMJ Disorders.
Dr. Darquea grew up in Quito, Ecuador and became a U.S. citizen in 2012. He is a bilingual dentist, fluent in both Spanish and English. Dr. Darquea graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Bioinformatics and a minor in Computer Science and Business. He obtained his doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. To further increase his skills and knowledge, Dr. Darquea completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Idaho State University. Since graduating, Dr. Darquea has completed over 500 more hours of continuing education and has been awarded the title of Fellow for the Academy of General Dentistry.
He enjoys playing piano, traveling, and staying in great physical condition. He is married and has four beautiful children. Dentistry has become a true passion and Dr. Darquea loves changing lives by creating healthy and beautiful smiles. He looks forward to going to work at SmileCOS Dentistry in Colorado Springs every day to make your smile a little brighter.
