Sorry but I had a really bad experience with this dr's. I went for a regular check up they did the x-rays and they found some cavities on 3 of my tooth, which I had no pain. My teeth feel very good until they said they needed to get rid of the cavities. BIG MISTAKE to make it short that was like 3 months ago and I still have pain on my teeth I can't even chew, it is very uncomfortable when I eat. I went back 3 times YES 3 times and they can't find the problem. ones I went because I couldn't sleep because it was painful so I went back without an appointment they sow that I was in pain they told me to go the next day so I went the following day they entered me the dr checked and did not know where the pain came from he just drop the hands and said I don't know where the pain is coming from he said just drink some Tylenol or ibuprofen I told him I was drinking those pills but the pain was so bad that they didn't work and all he said is sorry there is nothing i can do. Yes that's what he said. There is much more I want to say about this clinic but just n Be careful if you take your children to this clinic.

Best dentist/staff I have ever encountered. They recently started treating my husband, my son and myself and they have been a huge help. Everyone is so friendly, answers all our questions and Dr Lee is a great professional dentist . From root canals, tooth extractions, deep cleanings, and cavity filings they made every experience as manageable as possible considering the procedures. Wait time can be long at times but it's definitely worth it.

Best dentist/staff I have ever encountered. They recently started treating my husband, my son and myself and they have been a huge help. Everyone is so friendly, answers all our questions and Dr Lee is a great professional dentist . From root canals, tooth extractions, deep cleanings, and cavity filings they made every experience as manageable as possible considering the procedures. Wait time can be long at times but it's definitely worth it.

I've been going to this dentist office for a while; most and my most recent experience has been extremely horrible. As far as discrepancies in their prices against what your insurance say that they should be charging you does not match up over charging customers. Manager doesn't not return your call; after several attempts to have them return ur call. I will not recommend this dental provider at all!

I've been coming here to have them service my brace every month for about two years. Every time I come to my appointment, I have to wait an hour before they call me. The service is bad. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. When I have brought it up to them about how long I've been waiting their excuse is "we are backed up and have a lot of patients". This is completely unexceptionable.

My friend has been trying to get her teeth fixed for years. Smile was the BEST alternative to get the teeth she wants and still stay in a budget. I was so impressed by Jessica, the smile dental assistant. She was not only kind and funny but she made my friend feel comfortable and it felt so casual. She even gave me a free lip balm! I would definitely recommend smile at this location, I don't even live in this area but I'm definitely willing to come back again! I would ask for Jessica, she's the best!!

Highly recommend this office to friends and family .. The staff are very pleasant .. the receptionist answerd all my question I had regarding my insurance covered . The dentist assistant made sure I was comfortable and very informative..

Everyone here is so friendly, they make you feel really comfortable. They provide you with diffrent options on how to address your dental needs. They ultimately go above and beyond with their service. They really make you feel they care about your smile. Truly caring and professional staff.

DO NOT COME HERE! My son was just in there this morning and the place is horribly filthy. From the reception area, to the exam room. The floors, the exam chair, the counters..EVERYTHING WAS NASTY. If I could have..I would have put newspaper down for him to sit on. I don't know how this place operates and keeps their license. Even better was the interaction with the dentist. The dentist walks into the room and says "Hello (My son's name) how are you today? What is your name?"....um you just said his name. Are you confused, do you not pay attention? Anyway...do not waste your time on this nasty dirty place, unless you have some newspaper and hand wipes.

About six years ago, The office charged my insurance company twice for the same service done in the same date (2 times $900) due to an office mistake in preparing the paper works (also the service was done for my husband and wrote my name by mistake), but never returned the extra $900 back to the insurance company. So the company charged me and didn't pay other dental work that I had to do later and hence had to pay myself. All my grievance and follow ups during all these several years had no result. Even I spent a lot of time to call their headquarter in Miami and their representative with no result. Finally after tens of phone calls and written complains, Wendy said that they were going to send the money to the insurance company not to me, but they didn't even send it to the insurance company. They just stole it. Besides the quality of the crowns was so bad and was broken after 2 years and I had to replace most of them. I don't trust them at all and do not recommend to anybody.

Dr Wong has great chair side manners. She took time to explain treatment & Vince the hygienist was great too. He left my teeth looking good. Franny and Wendy provided me with great customer service. I don't like going to the dentist at all, but my experience at smile care was awesome and I'll be back! Thanks smile care staff.

First and foremost I must say I despise going to the dentist. I so happen to come in to this establishment due to a broken molar. The team is really comforting and explain everything to you step by step. Front desk is so much help also Wendy got all of my insurance information and took care of me and my questions from beginning to end. I really do appreciate the service I was given. After my visit I wish I would've found this place much sooner.
