Dr. Kadambari Colaco or Dr. Kay as she is known by her patients, graduated from University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She has been practicing in Massachusetts since her graduation. She is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Kay is known by her patients for being caring and gentle. She makes sure her patients are comfortable before beginning any procedure. Dr. Kay is a very meticulous clinician who believes in delivering only the highest quality of treatment to her patients. She keeps her dental skills up-to-date with numerous hours of continuing education every year.

Kim completed the DentalAssisting program at Monty Tech and in 1992 she received her Associates Degree fromQuinsigamond Community College. She has been with the practice for 20+ years. Kim is compassionate and strives to ensure that each patient has a positive experience. She believes that educating her patients is most important as good oral health leads to better overall health.In her spare time, Kim and her husband Andre can be found watching their two daughters dance or on a beach looking for treasures from the sea.
Nicole grew up in Fitchburg, MA. She graduated from Mount Ida College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010. She furthered her education at the University of Bridgeport in CT, and graduated with her Masters Degree in Dental Hygiene Education in 2014. Nicole also works as a Clinical Hygienist as well as an Adjunct Instructor/Professor at MWCC. In her spare time, Nicole loves spending time with her husband and two small children and spending time outside and running long distances.
My name is Evelyn Bosworth, but most people call my Evy. Evy went to Quinsigamond Community College and graduated in 2006. Evy is married and has one daughter. Fitchburg has been her home town for the past 12 years. During her time off, you can catch her trying new hobbies, anywhere from wood carving to RC car racing.
My name is Christina Hawkins, I was born and raised in Fitchburg. I graduated from Monty Tech in 2010 as a dental assistant. I have been in practice for 12 years now and I attend MWCC to further my education in becoming a Dental Hygienist.In my spare time I love to spend time with my 3 boys outdoors and get a lot of studying done.

I absolutely love this place!! And the staff they really take the time to get to know their patients and I never feel rushed. I had a cleaning that I very much needed. Professional, experience shows within their kind staff. Facility is spacious and clean, very organized and no waiting. Dr. K and Nicole explained what I should have done for a healthy set of teeth, without trying to sell me anything. I would recommend Smile Care to my Mother or anyone else looking for a great dental facility.

I was in so much discomfort from a filling that came off, Dr Kay and her staff fit me right into the schedule the same day. I am terrified of needles but Dr. Kay was so gentle I did not feel a thing. I am very happy with the service that I was given. I felt so comfortable and relaxed! Such a great team at Smilecare Dental

This place was incredible! The staff were friendly, efficient, and kind. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a positive energy and was instantly comfortable. I walked in nervous and unsure and walked out feeling comfortable and knowledgeable about my dental hygiene. I definitely recommend this place!

Had a chipped tooth and was able to be seen right away. Received excellent care while in the office by Dr Kay and Christine. Would recommend to my friends 2nd need to have dental care. Had to have a crown repaired. Was able to be seen quickly and I felt that a lot of care was used in getting the replacement properly installed. Excellent care, I can't remember ever being so relaxed in a dental chair. Highly recommend Dr Kay
