Smilebuilderz - General dentist in Lancaster, PA

When we started concepting the creation of smilebuilderz over a decade ago, we asked ourselves what kind of dentistry we would want for ourselves and our loved ones. That meant throwing out the traditional practice model and imagining something bettermore convenientmore invitingmore advanced.

Then we asked elite dental professionals and specialists with exceedingly high standards to join us in making something very speciala one-stop dental office with all the treatment options and services anyone could ever need under one beautiful roof. Affordably. Compassionately. Distinctively.

We also believe that when you enjoy your dentistry, feel empowered in your care, and understand whats going on in your own mouth, you will be much more likely to keep up with the dentistry you need and deserve. Thats why we offer:

If what you have read about smilebuilderz so far is exciting enough to make you wish to spend every day with usheres great news! Our dynamic team is sometimes in need of new members, so never be afraid to call and ask about openings.

Company culture is important to us and dedication to our patients is absolutely required. And because we have extended office hours, if you are seeking a full-time position you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends. Part-time hours are flexible.

We love our community and believe that building amazing Lancaster smiles extends beyond the doors of our dental office. Making a daily difference in both the lives of our patients and through community partnerships lets us share smiles all over. Its a team commitment!

Dr. DeLisa Williams was born and raised in Canton, Mississippi, known as the Movie Capital of Mississippi. From early on, Dr. Williams knew that she wanted a career in healthcare. Her passion for serving the public was very prevalent. She also knew that at some point in her life she wanted a family of her own. She decided to pursue a career in Dentistry, which allowed her the flexibility to have both. Dr. Williams received her undergraduate degree in Pre-Med Chemistry from the Xavier University of Louisiana, a Masters in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Williams has over 30 years of experience as a general dentist in both the public and private sectors and has served as a Dental Director at numerous Public Health Clinics. As the Dental Director, she provided dental leadership, program development initiatives, and keen insight into how the public health dental clinics could provide care to people who had access to care issues. She then transitioned to private practice and operated her own dental practice for 12 years before joining the Smilebuilderz family.

Dr. Williams spends a considerable amount of time examining cutting edge technologies and procedures as a way to provide a high-quality service to her patients. She is passionate about providing exceptional care for her patients and believes that her commitment to continuing education is beneficial. She fulfills this educational need through active membership in the American Dental Association, the Lancaster County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. Furthermore, she is an active community member who enjoys volunteering. She recently completed a mission trip to the jungles of Peru providing dental services to people who had never seen a dentist.

Dr. DeLisa Williams is married to Sylvester E. Williams, IV, Esq. and they are the proud parents of three sons, Jabril, Sy, and Joseph. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and visiting her good friends.

We are excited to have Dr. Seungjoo Park as part of our dental team. Dr. Park is a 2008 graduate from the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelors Degree in Microbiology with a minor in Public Health and Biophysics. Dr. Park decided to further her studies and went on to receive her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Temple University in 2013.

Dr. Parks decision to pursue a career in dentistry stemmed from her love for math and science as well as her feeling of fulfillment when accomplishing hands-on projects. She knew that in order to obtain a fulfilling dental career, it would require dedication and perseverance. Her need to attain the professional knowledge and the skillset needed to help her serve people was her source of inspiration and motivation.

Dr. Parks philosophy is to provide honest, quality dental treatment in a comfortable environment. Her passion for dentistry allows her to fulfill her joy of building relationships with her patients while providing an essential service. Dr. Park continues to emerge herself on gaining more knowledge with new technology and welcomes new challenges.

Dr. Parks goal is to improve her patients understanding of the importance of dental care. She understands that there are patients who may be fearful of the dentist. She strives to help patients overcome that fear by providing the best dental care possible in the most comfortable and painless environment. Working at Smilebuilderz has given her extensive experience treating patients in all phases of dentistry from grandparents to toddlers.

Dr. Park stays current on the latest advances by attending continuing education seminars regularly. She is also a big believer in service, which is why she stays active in the community and volunteers for many outreach projects.

The first lady her name was Katie who brought me back into the room was wonderful she made me feel comfortable and less anxious than I was feeling after that a gentleman came in I have no idea what his name is but he was rude I couldn't understand anything he said And he was not wanting to answer any questions that I had and said I had to just wait for the doctor when the doctor came in he was nice and did help me feel comfortable since I was very anxious because of the gentleman before even after I told him I have very sensitive gums he proceeded to stab each of them to see if I qualified for a deep cleaning which I did back to the doctor he was great set up a whole arrangement for us to have done however once I got out to check out they said I needed a clearance from a heart doctor which is ridiculous because I don't have a heart condition I'm on no medication's for heart disease at all I did mention that I had pain in my chest in the past but that was when I had high blood pressure which is now under control as if you look under my records of this visit my blood pressure was fine so I no longer have the chest pains that I had when I had the high blood pressure your office then told me that unless I went to see a heart doctor they would not do my deep cleaning when I called the heart group they said there was absolutely no reason for me to come in for a visit and I would be put on a six-month list to possibly be seen but they said that they didn't understand why I was even being seen when I have no heart conditions I would not recommend Smilebuilderz to anybody I will also give them no future business of mine

I have never felt so comfortable in a dental chair. I have an overwhelming fear of getting work done so I have waited until I could not take it. Dr.Magee and nurse Katie were amazing. They were kind and very professional. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in dentistry.

I have gum disease and like most of us, put off my dental care to make sure my kids were up to date. I found a loose tooth and freaked out. Called smilebuilderz, texted with an office person and she got me in and eased my mind within 3 hours because of a last minute cancellation. We came up with a plan, the people don't judge you, just wanna help, so if you've been putting off your dental care, PLEASE trust they will help you fix your problems before they get out of hand.

Dr. Skiadas, Katie and Shaquanna all took such great care of me today! Although I've never been disappointed with my care there and have been going for years. Today a wisdom tooth and partial broken tooth have been giving me problems and they quickly and PAINLESSLY removed them in minutes! I couldn't believe how fast I was in and out. They make sure you're numbed properly and truly care. I won't go anywhere else.

Voting 0 stars should be an option. After the horrible care that my 7 year old received this summer, I swore that I'd never step foot in a Smilebuilderz again. Unfortunately, I needed to see an emergency dentist yesterday and they were my only option. After waiting almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, The dentist literally only spent 5 minutes with me and tried to rush me out of the door. I was in so much pain and they refused to prescribe anything except for what I've already been taking, OTC Advil. I had to spend the next 3 1/2 hours waiting in the ER for some relief. This, along with the nonsense of scheduling, office and dental staff incompetence and general lack of empathy, I truly will never go back.

The hygienist was very nice that I had yesterday and Dr. V and Dr. S are very nice too. The hygienist knows my mother so she had nothing but good things to say about her.
